The doctor indicated that Mr. Steinberg was now very okay and was certified to go home. The doctor told him about the state of his heart.

The doctor was elated as he told Mr. Steinberg that he now had the heart function he had when he was fifteen. He added that Mr. Steinberg would also be on this way home the next day.

He further told the patient that he could also do physical exercises without worrying about his heart condition. Mr. Steinberg was very excited, and by the next day, he was home with his wife, Doris.

In the evening, Mr. Steinberg called his wife and happily explained to her that the doctor guaranteed him that he was completely well. The excited husband let his wife know that they would make love like never before.

Although Doris was happy about hearing that her spouse was now doing well, she was worried that their sexual activities might just affect his health again. She told him that they needed to be careful.

Doris also added that she would not want her spouse to give up the ghost during sexual activity. She told him that she would be more confident about it if the doctor wrote a note.

In no time, Mr. Steinberg was on his way to the hospital, where he told the doctor what had transpired between him and his wife. The doctor told him not to worry and proceeded to write a very convincing note.

After the doctor praised Mr. Steinberg's health and strength, he asked him for his wife's name so he could address the note to her. Mr. Steinberg told the doctor not to worry as he said: "Uh, Doctor, could you just make that, 'To Whom It May Concern?"
