Goldie Hawn: A Glimpse into Her Skincare Secrets
Goldie Hawn may be well into her 70's, but her youthful looks always keep her fans and followers wondering what her secret is. She shares tips for staying young.
Goldie Hawn may be over seven decades old, but one cannot tell by just looking at her, all thanks to her skincare routine and her love for green juices.
The mother of three, however, emphasizes that true beauty comes from the inside, hence the need to eat clean and ensure one moves a lot.

JUICING AND A SIMPLE DIET
Green juices may be a reserve for a few, but Hawn says they are the secret to clear healthy skin, and she has passed on the habit to her daughter Kate Hudson. Asked what habits she's inherited from her mom, she says:
"She was always healthy and active and drinking something green."
Despite diet being a significant contributor to one's looks and general body health, Hawn insists on keeping it simple. She loves her meals light and healthy, adding that she does not mix her food.
EXERCISE
Hawn says that ensuring that you move every day is essential to staying healthy and young. She advises that instead of putting in excruciating exercises, one should incorporate simple exercises into their daily routines.

She says she loves walking and hiking at a fast pace but never runs. She also does not sit for prolonged periods and loves to get some jumping jacks going.

KEEPING IT NATURAL
Hawn is not one to put on heaps of make-up. She prefers a simple routine of squeezing a lemon and applying it to her face, a tip she learned from her mother. She also drinks two tablespoons of olive oil and massages her face with some before bed.
LIKE MOTHER LIKE DAUGHTER
Hudson may have inherited more than just good genes from her mom. She also shares her love for wellness and health with her mom. The two often exercise together, and in a recent gym visit, they added a member to their crew, Hudson's daughter, Rani Rose.
