Daily Joke: Clever Woman Is Involved in a Car Accident

A woman was driving on the highway when suddenly the sun blurred her vision, and she swerved into the opposite lane and hit a car coming towards her! To call it a bad car accident would have been an understatement.

Fortunately, both drivers were not hurt at all! Not even a scratch! But their cars were very badly damaged. In fact, they were beyond repair and would have to be written off.

After the woman and the other driver, a very handsome man, crawled out of their cars, the woman turned to the man and said, "Gee! Look at our cars! There is not much left, but luckily we're not hurt!"

She continued, "This has to be a sign from a higher power that we were destined to meet and be friends and live together for the rest of our lives!"

The man blushed and said, "Oh yeah, I completely agree with you. This has to be a sign from above! I mean, look at our cars! We should not be alive!"

The woman responded, "And look, another miracle. My car is destroyed, but this bottle of wine did not break." She then showed the man a bottle of expensive red wine.

"It has to be a sign that we must drink the wine and celebrate our incredibly good luck!" she said as she handed the bottle of wine to the man. He nodded in agreement, opened the bottle, and took a large sip.

The man then handed the bottle back to the woman. She took the bottle and immediately put the cap back on, and handed the bottle back to the man.

The man looked very confused, and as he looked from the bottle to the woman, she said, "Aren't you going to have some?"

The woman looked at the ground and replied, "No. I think I'll just sit here and wait for the police."
