Daily Joke: 2 Men Lived on Different Sides of the River but Always Wanted to Meet and Fight
Two men, Boudreaux and Clarence, have lived close to each other for several years. Boudreaux resided close to a river in deep Louisiana, while Clarence's home was located at the river's other end.
Although the pair never met face to face, for some reason, they hated each other so much and wanted to fight. The boys' hatred grew over the years as they became older and even got married.

Every day, Boudreaux and Clarence would come out of their house and yell vulgar words at each other from across the river. The two really craved a fight, but the only thing preventing them was the water.
The duo couldn't swim, and they didn't own a boat, so all they did was yell all day. But one day, news spread across the area that the government had decided to build a bridge across the river.
The two men heard the news, and they became excited. Finally, they will get to meet and box till there was a winner. Boudreaux was pretty confident in his fighting abilities, so he couldn't wait for the bridge to be completed.

As the government's construction proceeded, Boudreaux would describe how he would box Clarence's face with his fist to his wife. Months went by, and the project still wasn't completed.
One morning, a neighbor told Boudreaux that the bridge was done. He slept happily that night, and the next day, he was ready for Clarence. He wore his fighting gear and gave his wife a big kiss before stepping out of his house.
But, later that evening, Boudreaux walked back into his house looking dejected. His wife noticed his expression and became concerned, so she asked what the sad face was all about.
Her husband said with pure hate that he never got to see Clarence. He explained that halfway on the bridge, he ran back home because Clarence turned out to be a really huge man with a broad chest and giant fist.
His wife was surprised by his information, which led her to ask how Boudreaux knew how Clarence looked when he never saw the man. She laughed at her husband, accusing him of being a scared cat.
But with a red face, Boudreaux cleared his throat and explained that when he got to the middle of the bridge, he saw a big sign that indicated that Clarence was 12 feet, 6 inches.
If you enjoyed this joke, you might find this one even more hilarious. It is about two friends who were always on each other's nerves, so a third friend tried to understand their issue. The reason for their fight will crack you up!
