Royal Expert Explains Her ‘Serious Sympathy’ to Meghan Markle Following Thomas Markle Claims
While many are bashing Meghan Markle for ignoring her father after his numerous attempts to reach out, royal expert Kinsley Schofield feels she'd have done the same in Markle's shoes, and here's why.
For some years now, Meghan Markle has been estranged from her father, Thomas Markle, and their relationship seems to be deteriorating by the day.
In an attempt to reach out to his daughter and mend fences, Thomas has been taking numerous interviews with assorted press houses, but this move seems to only drive the wedge further between them.

Royal expert Schofield says was she in Meghan's shoes, she'd have reacted the same way, seeing as Meghan wants to keep her life private from the press, but her father keeps doing the exact opposite.
And even though Schofield says she feels "serious sympathy" towards Meghan for dealing with her father's unending drama, she says she would have reached out to her father and tried to work out their differences. She adds:
"I feel like she could end all this if she reached out and figured out a way to communicate."
Schofield also feels like Thomas should put his money where his mouth is and if he really wants to see his grandkids, he should take that legal action he is always threatening Meghan with.
The former TV lighting director says he is ready to take Meghan and Harry to court if it means seeing his grandkids, a threat he is yet to fulfill.
Father and daughter have had a strained relationship since before Meghan and Harry's wedding, and in the recent past, Thomas let Meghan know that he would keep taking interviews until she agreed to speak to him.
All he asks of his daughter is a chance at reconciliation, saying he's already been punished enough for his mistakes.
Just recently, as Meghan turned 40, Thomas, in an attempt to mend fences with his daughter, sent her a bunch of red roses, with two yellow roses to signify the Sussexes two children, Archie and Lilibet.
Meghan has, however, not responded to the sweet gesture, and Thomas seems to be getting frustrated with the way things are unfolding.
Speaking to Dan Wooton on GB News, in what was termed a tell-it-all interview, Thomas got emotional when he described to Wooton how unresponsive Meghan was to the birthday wish. He said:
'I wished her a happy birthday and brighter days ahead but I've not heard back."
Meghan seems to have completely snubbed her father during her wedding when reports emerged that he had collaborated with paparazzi to stage photos of himself from a computer in an internet cafe.
Some of the fake photos included Thomas getting measured for a wedding suit, and another was of him working out to get fit for his daughter's big day.
Contradicting reports, however, say that Thomas missed his daughter's wedding due to a health issue he was dealing with at the time. He says all he asks of his daughter is a chance at reconciliation, saying he's already been punished enough for his mistakes.
