Jake Paul is mostly known worldwide for being a YouTuber and an "internet troll" with millions and millions of followers on social media. However, he is now fully dedicated to boxing.

Less than two years into his professional boxing career, 24-year-old Jake Paul still has a lot to prove despite his 4 wins and no losses, with his most recent win being over former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

Still, despite his love for the sport, Paul shared that he has learned a lot about boxing from the fight between his brother, Logan Paul, and Floyd Mayweather back in June.

MONEY TALKS

According to him, boxing is "more of a business than it is a sport," even though people may not agree with it or want to admit it, which is why he is trying his best to sell his fights.

Ben Askren was Paul's third opponent and the influencer claimed that the fight grossed $75 million on 1.5 million pay-per-view buys. The price to watch Paul beat Woodley on pay-per-view? $59.99.

Paul doesn't seem to be affected by people's opinions of him. Whether they love him or hate him, he wants to put on a good show, going as far as to say that haters don't sign his paycheck - he does.

IT'S ALL ABOUT PROMOTION

The 24-year-old is often seen being loud, calling opponents out, showing up to press conferences shirtless and rocking several pieces of jewelry, not afraid to speak his mind or insult people. He said:

"They don’t think this is good for boxing. Well, guess what? It is, I’m here to stay, and I’m going to knock out this [expletive] guy and move onto the next one."

HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING

Stephen Espinoza, President of Showtime Sports, praised Paul for building an empire with his own hands in the past decade, and claimed that he "has earned every bit of the attention he is now getting."

According to Espinoza, Paul knows how to get under his opponent's skin and hype up his fights, which generates income. That is one of the reasons why Paul has his sight on Conor McGregor and Tommy Fury.

Paul is on his way up, and although he doesn't have much experience yet, he is considered to be a very strong prospect, being described by "Iron" Mike Tyson as a "God-gifted Youtube boxer."
