Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker Attend MGK Concert on Met Gala Night

All eyes are on the newest hot couple Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker at the moment. Consequently, fans noticed that the fiery duo skipped the MET Gala to attend an MGK concert instead.

Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian made their red carpet debut at the VMA’s and blew everybody away. The couple’s VMA red carpet appearance also had many anticipating Kardashian’s first MET Gala appearance.

Unfortunately, fans were somewhat disappointed to learn that the couple had different plans for the night. Thankfully, the couple’s activities for the night were just as fun, if not more fun, than the Costume Institute’s event.

Kardashian and Barker were spotted in the middle of one of their steamy makeout sessions as the MET Gala red carpet kicked off on Monday. The two were shopping in New York instead of attending the star-studded event.

Although Kardashian’s younger sisters Kim and Kendall were at the MET Gala, she did not seem bothered at all. The Poosh founder has never been invited, despite Kim making her first appearance in 2013.

Kardashian did not let the lack of an invitation stop her from enjoying a night out in New York City. Instead, she and her rockstar boyfriend were at Machine Gun Kelly’s concert, where Barker played the drums.

The couple rocked out at the concert, and Kardashian shared snaps of the music event on her Instagram story. Unfortunately, their musical festivities were cut short due to bad weather, and the couple continued their night elsewhere.

While their friend Machine Gun Kelly joined his girlfriend, Megan Fox, at a MET Gala afterparty, Kardashian and Barker enjoyed a more quiet night out. The pair went out to dinner at the Polo Bar, according to Kardashian’s Instagram stories.

Although Kardashian was not at the MET Gala, her name came out several times regarding the event. Her TikTok famous best friend, Addison Rae, wore a vintage Tom Ford for Gucci gown that raised eyebrows.

Many noticed that Rae’s MET Gala look may have been something we have seen before. Several Twitter users pointed out that Kardashian wore a similar garment to her family’s infamous Christmas party in 2019.

Numerous social media users questioned whether the newly blond TikTok star borrowed the outfit from Kardashian. However, it has been cleared that although the pieces are from the same collection, they are not the same dress.

Either way, Kardashian did not seem to pay any mind to the MET Gala murmurs over the past few days. She and Barker are content spending their time loved up together, which sources explain could result in marriage:

“Kourtney hasn’t felt this strongly about anyone in a while and can see a forever with Travis.”

Although Kardashian and Barker have not been together for a very long time, the two have been close for years. The couple’s years-long friendship blossomed into the romance many fans are obsessed with today.
