Wife Dumps Husband's Ashes into Trash 'For All the Pain' He Caused Her and Their Children
A woman took her revenge in the most bizarre way after enduring years of torture at the hands of her late husband. She recorded the vengeful moment in a clip that has amassed thousands of views.
A woman, Marsha Widener, heaved a sigh of relief after her husband, who worked as a garbage truck driver, passed away. Before his death, Don Widener, Marsha's husband, allegedly spent years physically abusing her and their kids.
He also maintained a bad relationship with his family and everyone around him, as the scorned wife pointed out in her viral revenge video.

Marsha shared the video in 2017, following her husband's death. The clip featured the mom emptying her husband's ashes in the trash, deeming it the send-off he deserved, given the pain he caused her and the kids during his lifetime. She explained:
"I know you're not going to understand why I'm doing this. This is Don Widener. His family doesn't want him. His brother doesn't want him around. His kids doesn't want him."
Before proceeding with her unconventional send-off, the woman quickly chipped in that his family and kids wanted his ashes to go in the gutter or the toilet.
Hence, opting to toss his ashes in the trash instead could be considered mercy on her part, given the years of hardship she endured.
As she opened the box containing the ashes, she explained that since he worked as a garbage truck driver, she was sending him back to the landfill, where he belonged. She added:
"So this is for all the pain, and all the turmoil he caused my children and myself. And what he caused his parents. So this is his goodbye."

Marsha then proceeded to dump a huge mass of the ashes into the garbage can, saying it was for all the times he kicked her in the head. She admitted Don once threw her head through a window.
As the dust from the ashes filled the air, the mother fanned them off with her hands, giving off a repulsed expression. While struggling to prevent the dust particles from getting in her nose and mouth, some of the ashes fell to the ground.
Without a second thought, she ground them into the grass using her foot until they blended into the dirt. After that, she promptly dumped the rest of the ashes into the trash, followed by the transparent bag containing it.

As the last of the ashes went down the trash, Marsha noted that it was for all the pain he caused everyone before screaming "Adios Amigos" excitedly.
While some people chastised the woman for going overboard, most netizens backed her actions, commending her for living through those hardships and emerging a victor. A comment on YouTube read:
"Never in my life have I seen a revenge that is oddly enjoyable to watch."

One user noted that Marsha's video was the most hardcore thing they ever saw. They also expressed relief that she finally got to throw her abuser in the trash. Another wrote: "The reason he was in your face was because even the trash didn't want him."
In another comment, a YouTuber expressed regret that the ashes could not be dumped indirectly in hell, adding that the landfill was the next best thing.

To some, however, the video served as a turning point and an inspiration to lead a good life. One comment read: "This video has given me a reason to live a better life. I don't want to end up like this dude."
Others were simply glad the woman and her kids never had to go through such torture again. Marsha's video was indeed empowering, not just to her but to others suffering through abusive relationships.
