Reba McEntire Rescued through the Window of a Building in Texoma County after Staircase Collapsed

Reba McEntire was on the second floor of a building when its staircase collapsed. The country musician was rescued from the building through the window on a fire ladder.

66-year-old country singer Reba McEntire was rescued through the window of a building after its staircase collapsed. Rescuers helped to get the star out on a fire ladder from the window of the second floor.

According to Travis Mullins, City of Atoka Emergency Management Director, the stairs of the second and third floor collapsed, landing on the stairs below. The accident trapped the building's occupants.

MCENTIRE IN A RECENT BUILDING ACCIDENT

The fire department evacuated everyone from the house. Reports showed that a person was transferred to Durant hospital with minor injuries. Mullins' report further revealed that every other person that was in the building was okay.

Sara Jackson, who watched the rescue team arrive through the surveillance camera at her restaurant, noted that she felt relieved after confirming that McEntire was okay. Coby Scherrill, McEntire's company, said the building is over 100 years old.

Scherrill explained that she was scared and worried for the people downstairs at the time of the incident. According to Scherrill, she and McEntire were touring the building but didn't realize how weak that staircase was until it collapsed.

While the pandemic shook the world, McEntire was loving up with her sweetheart Linn.

McEntire stunned fans with her beauty like she did when she appeared years younger in a clip posted on social media. The 66-year-old actress announced that she was excited about the "talkshoplive" event which was coming up at the time.

The video featured the country singer standing in a room that appeared to be an office in one of her numerous homes. She looked radiant as she stood in front of net curtains. The room also housed one of her awards.

McEntire also recently posted a video where she tried the "I'm a Survivor" challenge. Her video went viral, earning about 3 million likes. In the clip, she took pails of food to her donkeys, which didn't look like they appreciated her efforts.

The challenge, which was set to the song of her TV series "Reba," started on social media with TikTok users showing the hilarious ways they survived daily. Videos uploaded mainly showed people doing the laundry and other chores.
