"Survivor" Season 48 in Fiji ended dramatically as Kyle Fraser was crowned Sole Survivor in a 5-2-1 jury vote, winning the $1 million prize. The finale, titled "Only One of Yous Can Win," began with five contestants: Eva Erickson, Fraser, Mitch Guerra, Joe Hunter, and Kamilla Karthigesu.

Erickson secured an early advantage, while Karthigesu won immunity and shared her reward with Erickson. With Fraser as her secret ally, Karthigesu helped orchestrate Guerra's elimination.

Fraser then won the final immunity challenge and chose Hunter to join him, sending Karthigesu and Erickson to a fire-making duel. Erickson prevailed, completing the final three lineup: her, Fraser, and Hunter.

During jury questioning, Erickson shared that she was a PhD student and had found an unused advantage. Fraser revealed he was an attorney and outlined his hidden alliance with Karthigesu, which had driven major game moves. His calculated gameplay ultimately earned the jury's majority vote.

Viewers had intense reactions online. One expressed frustration, "I can't believe Kyle won! I'm beginning to wonder if it's rigged…" Another added, "Deserved, but I feel like Joe easily could have won." A third posted, "Joe should have won. 😢"

Someone else commented, "This is the most awful thing I’ve ever watched."
