The clips showed Larson dressed in matching maroon-colored activewear with her hair tied in a ponytail. She looked serious working out inside a gym. The 31-year-old actress wrote in the caption:

Larson showed off her incredibly toned arms and legs, as well as her lean figure. Many mesmerized fans described the Marvel star as the strongest woman they have seen on social media.

Other than taking her fitness and hobbies to a whole new level, Larson also updated fans about the highly-anticipated "Captain Marvel" sequel titled "The Marvels," which will premiere in November 2022.

Larson did not disclose many details about the upcoming film but insisted it is going to be exciting. Her character recently appeared in the "Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings" post-credit scene, starring Simu Liu.

Larson plays Carol Danvers in both "Captain Marvel" films. Speaking about her character, she said playing the role has been life-changing as she learned the importance of standing her own ground.
