Fox News reported actress Esme Bianco’s sexual assault lawsuit against Marilyn Manson received a judge’s approval to move forward.

Court documents revealed recently that judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha of the US District denied Manson’s attempt to dismiss Bianco’s claims based on the statute of limitations.

THE LAWSUIT

The judge ordered Manson, born Brian Warner, to respond to claims made by 39-year-old Bianco within 14 days. Aenlle-Rocha wrote:

“A jury could find that the effects of Warner’s alleged acts, threat to Plaintiff’s safety, immigration status, and career, persisted years after her last contact with Warner.”

British-born star Bianco filed a lawsuit against Manson six months ago for alleged sexual assault and sexual battery. The suit follows three months after she publicly accused him of physical and psychological abuse.

The model said the abuse supposedly occurred when Manson, 52, attacked her with a knife, cutting her torso, and chased her with an ax. She claims, as a result, it left permanent scars on her body.

The former couple dated between 2009 to 2013 after meeting on a music video set. According to Bianco's attorney, Jay Ellwanger, she was raped in or around 2011.

She also accuses Manson of humiliating her by repeatedly playing her sex scene from her HBO series to guests. However, Manson's lawyer Howard E King, requested the lawsuit be dissolved, claiming Bianco's accusations are inaccurate.

King claims she only filed after his client refused to give in to her financial demands. He said they would fight the accusations in the court of law and are confident they will win the case.

In addition, several women have also come forward accusing the singer-songwriter of sexually and physically assaulting them.

RELOCATION

Meanwhile, Manson recently listed his $1.75 million LA home on the market amid investigations over the sexual assault case. The Sun reported the star has reportedly relocated as people spotted movers at his home.

He purchased the abode in 2013 for just over $1 million, and he hopes to capitalize on it. Notably, his career took a knock when his record label dropped him.
