Olivia Rodrigo Unfollowed by "High School Musical" Co-Star Joshua Basset
After a year-long feud between the two, Joshua Basset has unfollowed his “High School Musical” co-star, Olivia Rodrigo.
A couple of weeks ago, Basset made it clear that he and Rodrigo are no longer on speaking terms, and it seems that he has made it official by unfollowing the songstress.
The feud between the pair began after Rodrigo’s hit song “Driver’s License” was released in January last year.
The hit song became the breakup anthem of the year and was heavily rumored to be about a relationship between Basset and Rodrigo. They appeared to be in a love triangle with fellow celeb Sabrina Carpenter.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted that Basset no longer follows Rodrigo on Instagram as of this week, and there have been speculations as to why this may be.
The co-stars are set to meet up again soon when they begin filming the third installment of “High School Musical,” and tensions will undoubtedly increase flair after the social media incident.
Basset has previously said that he has tried to reach out to Rodrigo, but she has not responded to him since “Driver’s License” came out.
