Megan Fox & MGK's Engagement Included a Ring Designed to Hurt Her If Taken off & Drinking Each Other's Blood
Rapper Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, and Megan Fox are engaged! Colson asked Fox to marry him at the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach hotel in Puerto Rico, the same place they fell in love.
Colson Baker and Megan Fox met and fell in love while filming "Midnight in the Switchgrass" in 2020. They went public about their relationship in July 2020.
That same month, the couple sat under a banyan tree and "asked for magic." A year and a half later, the couple returned for a special moment, getting engaged at the same spot on January 11, 2022.

In a video posted on Fox's Instagram, the actress wore a black cut-out dress while Colson rocked a black and white sparkly top.
The video showed the couple atop a flight of stairs as Colson went down on his knee, ring in hand, and popped the question. Fox appeared thrilled and knelt before taking the ring and putting it on her finger.
"Somehow, a year and a half later, having walked through hell together and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him," the "Till Death" actress shared.
The picturesque background and the chirping birds made the proposal serene, and Fox disclosed that to seal the engagement, they drank each other's blood.
THE UNIQUE ENGAGEMENT RING
The ring features emerald and diamond stones shaped into teardrops. As Colson explains, the sparkler is two rings held together by a magnet.
While Colson acknowledges that the traditional engagement ring is a single band, Fox's is a blend of two, with the emerald representing Fox's birthstone and the diamond representing Colson's.
But away from the excellent design, the ring is specially designed with "thorns" on the bands, making it hurt if taken off. "Love is pain," says Colson.
Their relationship has been considered the return of real rockstar romance, a far cry from the "normal" celebrity relationships that have flooded the industry.
Some of Colson and Fox's unique moments include walking into red carpet events chained to each other through their nails and their Vampire inspire GQ photoshoot.
But apart from drinking each other's blood, Colson also wears a necklace with Fox's blood around his neck which Harry James Thornton thinks is gross but exciting.
"The Good Place" actor acknowledges that Colson and Fox's relationship is much like his father, Billy Bob Thornton, and Angelina Jolie. The pair wore vials of each others' blood around their necks during their wedding in 2000.
