As expected, a custodial settlement was part of the parents' divorce negotiations. However, the pair resulted in co-parenting their four kids. During the legal settlement, Frye, who filed for divorce from her husband on December 28, 2020, said about their relationship:

"For me, I'm so grateful for the life that I've had."

In addition, the actress said she plans on celebrating because of the number of years she spent with Goldberg and for the kids they had together. However, after going their separate ways, the famous parents focused on co-parenting.

The stars' first daughter Poet Sienna Rose Goldberg, was born in 2005. The girl has an active social media account. According to reports, Poet enjoys photography, traveling, and being creative.

Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg is Frye's second child with the producer. Born in 2008, Jagger has no active social media accounts, but she features on her mom's Instagram page. In 2018 Jagger revealed she plans to assume her mother's role as Punky as she believed she and the character are similar.
