A little girl and her family experienced true love at Disney's Hollywood Studios after a couple's unexpected act of kindness left them at a loss for words.

When the Geiselmans took their four children to Disney's Hollywood Studios in late October 2019, they were sure the attractions – especially the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge – would be the highlights of the trip.

However, a grieving couple proved them wrong. The strangers' selfless act of kindness was so touching that it melted the Geiselmans' hearts and made them share their story on social media, which went viral.

RUNNING INTO TWO STRANGERS

After Kara and Kyle Geiselman spent hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios with their four children, including identical twin Belle, they took a snack break and briefly got separated.

Four-year-old Belle followed Kyle as he looked for a trash can, and she almost ran into a couple. The strangers stopped in their tracks as soon as they saw the young girl.

Kyle apologized for his daughter's carelessness, but he was surprised when the woman asked if Belle liked gold. Although confused, Kyle said yes. She then asked him if she could give Belle something, and the father of four agreed.

The couple pulled out a gold Mickey Mouse ring and gave it to Belle. The couple then told Kyle they were at the theme park marking the first anniversary of their late daughter's Make-a-Wish trip.

Make-a-Wish is a non-profit organization focused on fulfilling the wishes of children with terminal illnesses. Kara explained on her Facebook post:

"On their initial trip, they had bought 2 gold Mickey Mouse rings, one for their daughter and one to gift to a child who in their words, 'was adorable like their little girl.'

UNKNOWINGLY CHOOSING THE PERFECT GIRL

Kyle was so moved by the couple's unexpected act of kindness that he froze after just saying thank you. He wanted to learn more, but he didn't want to make the situation harder for them.

When the couple left, Kyle wanted to follow them to let them know they chose the perfect girl to memorialize their daughter.

Unbeknownst to the strangers, Belle had also faced her fair share of medical struggles. Born at 30 weeks, the identical twin required a feeding tube for the first 18 months of her life.

When Belle was only five days old, her doctors told Kyle and Kara they were unsure if she would live. "She actually almost died," admitted Kyle, who never stopped looking for the couple to thank them properly. Kara wrote:

"[The couple] didn't know that we were back at the place where our daughter surprised us all and started eating by mouth for the first time at 18 months old."

Kara also explained their trip was the first time Belle went to the amusement park without needing a feeding tube for nourishment or an oxygen mask during the flight.

GOING VIRAL

After Kara shared the story on Facebook, it went viral and currently has over 6,000 likes. One netizen admitted the anecdote brought tears to her eyes, adding that it was so beautiful that they ran into the couple at such a special place. Another Facebook user wrote:

"Thank you for sharing this heartwarming story. Of course I remember all the struggles your family had and I am happy to [hear] how well Belle is doing. God Bless."

It is unclear if the Geiselmans ever found the couple, but Kara pointed out they would always cherish the gold Mickey Mouse ring as a "priceless gift."

Belle was not the only young girl whose story went viral, though. A five-year-old girl with autism melted everyone's hearts for interrupting a wedding photoshoot.

The child was sure the bride was Cinderella, so she ran toward her holding her arms open, ready for a big hug. The bride's reaction surprised everyone. You can read the whole story here.
