A chef and businessman, Tracy has six restaurants in Washington DC. He opened his first restaurant called Chef Geoff's in 2000.

Two years later, he established a second version of his first restaurant. In 2006, Tracy opened LIA's, his third restaurant in Maryland, and in 2008, he opened another called Hank's Tavern.

During a chat session on "The Drew Barrymore Show," the journalist itemized the keys to her healthy relationship. O'Donnell revealed that they always try to do things together.

For example, the couple takes walks and plays golf together, enabling them to spend quality time together. The journalist also noted that there is a lot of forgiveness in a healthy relationship.

For a relationship to stay healthy and last, it is pertinent that both parties support and make sacrifices for each other. Tracy proved this true when he moved to another city to help his wife's career.

The chef made it known that O'Donnell had received a huge opportunity to appear more on television and interview the most famous people.

According to him, the journalist had supported him while he was building his restaurants, so it was time to return the favor. The television personality's husband added:

"Norah and I have always jumped at the opportunities that have arisen. It is one reason we get along so well."

As a chef, Tracy also said he was excited about the move, as he was eager to see and taste new food and explore the city. After the big move to New York City, Tracy, his wife, and the kids alternated their stay between the new city and their home in Washington DC.

The chef mentioned that the two cities are a 50-minute shuttle flight apart. Sometimes, he would stay in Washington DC with his kids to run his restaurants while O'Donnell flew back and forth from New York.

FAMILY TIME IS THE BEST

Due to the nature of their careers, O'Donnell and Tracy have busy schedules. However, the pair always spend quality time with their children as a happy family and share beautiful memories on social media.

A day after 2019 Valentine's Day, O'Donnell took to Instagram to share a picture of her and her family posing on a golf course. The happy family of five were clad in sports outfits, smiling from ear to ear. The caption accompanying the photo read:

"Happy Valentines Day to my loves. We tee it high and let it fly! ⛳ Nothing more important than family and love."

In a second post, O'Donnell shared in early 2019; she posted photos of her and her family posing on skis in the snow. They were all clad in appropriate clothes to suit the occasion and seemed to be having the time of their lives.

Another post saw the journalist, her husband, her kids, and other unidentified people posing on a Tennis court. The children appeared to be having fun, as they sported broad smiles while holding their rackets. O'Donnell added the caption:

"Serving up #2019 with friends. 🎾 #touchthefence #tennis #newyearseve."

O'Donnell is a doting mother to three children — twins, Henry and Grace, and daughter, Riley Norah. The journalist and her husband welcomed their twins on May 20, 2007, with Henry weighing in at five pounds, two ounces and Grace weighing in at six pounds, eight ounces.

The following year, they celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Riley Norah, on July 5, weighing in at eight pounds. Not long after the birth of her children, O'Donnell opened up about her feelings about being a mom.

The journalist explained that although she was getting little sleep, being a mom was fun. Thankfully, she had the help of her parents, which she was grateful for. O'Donnell also confessed that her husband makes jokes about being a father of three. In her words:

"My husband was giving a speech to some students in Georgetown, and he said to these students, 'I have three kids under 2, and yes, all with the same woman."

Although O'Donnell is a career woman, she tries her best to balance work and motherhood. During the lockdown period, the mother of three juggled as a managing editor on "CBS Evening News" and a stay-at-home mom, and according to her, it was challenging.

Recalling an incident that occurred while she was on a call, O'Donnell explained: "I was on a call with someone from the White House, and my daughter was shouting at me that the printer doesn't work!"

"Lots of times, I'm on a conference call and cooking breakfast for the kids simultaneously. Luckily they have the 'stop video' feature on Zoom," she added.

In August 2010, O'Donnell and her husband released a cookbook titled "Baby Love: Healthy, Delicious Meals For Your Baby and Toddler." After welcoming three kids, the couple realized that parents need to be watchful when dealing with what to feed their baby.

Tracy explained that after they had sought a cookbook that encouraged a less for more approach to making baby food and found one, they were inspired to write a book.

"The goal is to help millions of busy parents out there like us… especially parents who want to champion a healthier approach to food," O'Donnell confessed.

She added that the book was not pretentious and hoped it helped people. It is excellent to see O'Donnell and Tracy not only impacting people with their careers but also their love for healthy living.
