What Happened to Wynonna Judd’s Daughter after Her Sentencing in 2020?
Naomi Judd passed away, and her daughters Ashley and Wynonna Judd want to keep her legacy alive. Unfortunately, one of Wynonna's kids has faced legal issues.
Country music star Wynonna Judd is still mourning her mother's death. Naomi Judd was the second member of her country music duo, The Judds. Naomi died by suicide on April 30, 2022, after dealing with mental health problems for years.
Wynonna took to Instagram one month after her mom's death to reflect on the situation, revealing that she's had a hard time accepting Naomi's death. Scroll down to see the post.

WHAT DID WYNONA JUDD SAY ABOUT NAOMI?
The award-winning musician wrote that losing Naomi was so painful that she thought she would never fully "accept and surrender" to how she died. Wynonna added that The Judds story should not end like that.
To break the cycle of addiction and family dysfunction and be a healthier grandparent to her first grandkid, Kaliyah (born only two weeks before Naomi died), Wynonna decided to keep showing up for herself and work on her healing.
Wynonna, who announced she would complete "The Judds: The Final Tour" to honor her mother, wrote that it was okay to reach out for help to grieve her mom's death. She will keep fighting for herself, her family, and her faith.

WHO IS GRACE PAULINE KELLEY?
When Wynonna talked about breaking the cycle of addiction, she probably had herself and her daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley, in mind. Wynonna and Grace's relationship has been far from perfect, with Wynonna's sister, Ashley, even getting temporary custody of Grace in 2013.
Born in June 1996, Grace pleaded guilty to drug-related crimes, including manufacturing, delivering, selling, and possessing meth, in May 2017, 11 months after being arrested.
[Grace's] next parole hearing will be in December 2022.
Wynonna Judd and Arch Kelley's daughter was sentenced to a suspended year behind bars. Instead, Grace spent 30 days in jail, was released on probation, and ordered to complete a drug program.
In 2018, she absconded from one of her recovery court programs, and a judge sentenced her to eight years behind bars. Grace was granted parole and walked out of prison in November 2019.
She violated her probation terms again, and authorities arrested her in April 2020. One year later, Grace was granted parole and ordered to complete treatment.
In August 2021, authorities took Grace back to jail. Her release date is scheduled for June 2024, and her next parole hearing will be in December 2022.
HOW MANY CHILDREN DOES WYNONNA JUDD HAVE?
Apart from Grace, Wynonna has a son, Elijah, born to Arch Kelley in December 1994. Elijah made headlines in December 2017 after proposing to his girlfriend of seven years, Hailey.
Wynonna shared the good news with her social media followers and admitted to being a "proud mama." On April 13, 2022, Elijah and Hailey welcomed their first daughter, Kaliyah. Unfortunately, she will grow up without Naomi Judd around. Rest in peace.
