Jack Wagner and Kristina Wagner's Relationship

Kristina and Jack Wagner loved each other so much that they remained friends even after parting ways. Unfortunately, they faced every parent's greatest fear.

On June 6, 2022, Jack and Kristina Wagner received terrible news: their son, Harrison Wagner, was found dead in a parking lot in Los Angeles. He was just 27 years old.

Authorities are still investigating the tragic event and have not released the cause of death. Neither Kristina nor Jack has commented on Harrison's death.

WHO WAS JACK AND KRISTINA WAGNER'S SON, HARRISON?

Harrison was the youngest son of Jack and Kristina Wagner. His older brother was Peter, and his half-sister on Jack's side was Kerry. Sadly, it was not the first time Harrison made headlines.

On July 11, 2016, Jack announced on Twitter that Harrison had been missing for five days. The actor revealed he was worried about his son's safety because he had issues with drugs and alcohol, "just as I did when I was younger."

The last time Harrison appeared on one of his parents' social media accounts was May 20, 2022, when Kristina shared a photo posing between Harrison and Peter and saying goodbye to the Wagner Ranch.

WHO ARE JACK WAGNER AND KRISTINA WAGNER?

Kristina and Jack were two of the most successful soap opera actors from the 1980s to the 1990s. "General Hospital," one of the longest-running American soap operas in history, skyrocketed their careers and kickstarted their romance.

Jack portrayed Frisco Jones, and Kristina played Frisco's love interest, Felicia Cummins, for multiple years. They became one of the most exciting power couples to watch, mainly because of their intense chemistry.

Kristina and Jack decided to give love a try and tied the knot in 1993. Although their love story didn't last forever (they divorced in 2006), they remained friends throughout the years.

Apart from "General Hospital," Jack is famous for his long run in "The Bold and the Beautiful," "Melrose Place," and "When Calls the Heart." Kristina also appeared in "When Calls the Heart" and returned to "General Hospital" in 2012.

Although "General Hospital" has been on the air since 1963, they keep things fresh with ongoing plots centered around more than one of the characters working in General Hospital or the business community linked to the Quartermaines.

WHY DID JACK WAGNER AND KRISTINA WAGNER DIVORCE?

Years after leaving Jack, Kristina revealed that their divorce led to an awakening. It made her understand that she needed to learn about herself before moving forward. Kristina added:

"The divorce was the best thing that could have happened to me and for my children, as well, because I don't think I was being a very good mother at the time."

Kristina also realized that losing yourself in your early 20s was easy because you keep doing what you are expected to do instead of thinking about your needs.

On the other hand, Jack dated his "Melrose Place" co-star Heather Locklear for multiple years. They got engaged in 2011 but called it off later that year. Rest in peace, Harrison.
