The Duchess's fame is rated 60%, while her spouse's popularity stands next to the Queen's at 66%. This places her in the top 3 famous royals while William is in the top 2.

So it is safe to say that the couple is undoubtedly headed in the right direction regarding their future as royals. Following her royal wedding in 2011, Duchess Kate took things in stride, learning the ropes and attending events with her spouse.

Leading fashion journalist Anthony McGarth has revealed that Middleton often tweaked her outfits by removing a keyhole or changing the length of skirts and dresses.

One instance was when she added nude paneling to a sheer Saloni dress with deep plunging sheer details on the chest area. Kate was also spotted rocking an altered version of her off-the-shoulder Alexander McQueen dress from 2017.
