Leading fashion journalist Anthony McGarth has revealed that Middleton often tweaked her outfits by removing a keyhole or changing the length of skirts and dresses.
One instance was when she added nude paneling to a sheer Saloni dress with deep plunging sheer details on the chest area. Kate was also spotted rocking an altered version of her off-the-shoulder Alexander McQueen dress from 2017.
