In 2022, Jane Seymour was a proud mother of four adult children. She juggled her acting career, starring in shows like "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," while raising her children over the years.

The "Live and Let Die" star received an Emmy Award and two Golden Globes for her skills onscreen; however, it's unfortunate that mothers don't get any accolades for raising their children well.

In 1982, the British-American actress became a first-time mother while married to David Flynn. Jane and David, a British businessman, married in 1981 before welcoming their daughter, Katherine Flynn.

In 1985, the couple had their second child, a son, Sean Michael Flynn, but ended their marriage in 1992. The actress took some time to heal from the divorce, and in 1993, she married James Keach, a fellow actor.

During Jane's second marriage, she welcomed twin sons, Kristopher "Kris" Steven and John "Johnny" Stacy Keach, in 1995. The "Somewhere in Time" actress and James had no more children even though they stayed married for 23 years.

Their union concluded in 2015. In 2022, all four children were now adults, making it easier for the star to balance her family time with her busy acting career, but she's always been open about being a mother and ensuring her children came first.

In 2013, she confessed to The Guardian that her children knew she'd always choose them over any acting role or anything else in her life. The "Among Angels" author humbly revealed that she was doing her best when it came to parenting, stating:

“I don’t know if I’m a great mum. I’m the best mum I know how to be. I think it’s all about listening to your children, communicating, and caring enough to be involved in their life.”

She also had to make some compromises for them when they were younger. It included her not taking roles that would take her away from them too much, and Jane said her children knew she loved what she did.

In July 2022, Jane's son, Kristopher, tied the knot with his Korean fiancée, Miso, and because family is everything to them, the actress attended. The star, then 71, paid tribute to her daughter-in-law by wearing a traditional custom-made Korean hanbok.

The hanbok Jane wore featured a tiny baby blue and white jacket that covered her chest and arms. The jacket had pink ribbons, a corsage pinned to her chest, and a matching skirt peeking underneath it.

According to Hello!, Jane's step-daughter's parents had the garment custom-made for the actress as a present. The publication also claimed Jane wore the same hanbok at Miso and Kristopher's first wedding ceremony in Malibu in December 2021, with Miso stating at the time:

"I haven't worn traditional Korean clothes since I was a young girl. Seeing everyone dressed in hanbok [traditional dress] reminded me how beautiful the tradition and clothing are."

Kristopher's bride said they'd enjoyed dressing up and had a wonderful time. Estella Park, a wedding planner, told Brides that it was Korean tradition for the bride's mother to wear pink, orange, or purple at a wedding.

The groom's mother would typically don blue, green, or gray. According to Closer Weekly, Kristopher was named after his mother's late friend, Christopher Reeve, and generally prefers staying out of the spotlight.
