"She was always very nice to us, very friendly. I'll miss her. It's the end of an era on this block," said Abrams. The two women had known each for more than 25 years.

In addition, a general manager of the Italian restaurant, Nello, situated around the block from Trump's house, revealed that she was dubbed the establishment's "First Lady."

"She was amazing. She was our, First Lady. When she walked in, everyone would look at her. She was so friendly."

Trump lived in her abode for 28 years, where she raised her three children, daughter Ivanka and sons Donald Jr. and Eric. The mother of three told People in June 2009 that she had purchased the property 15 years prior.

In a tragic twist, the "Ivana Young Man" star was found dead at the second-floor staircase on the right side after going into cardiac arrest.

Trump's wrought iron staircases with gold accents have a red carpet rolling down, with garden-inspired murals on the walls.

The house also features Chinese-style murals, which she said were damaged at the time she bought the place. Since then, she has had them repaired by artists who came highly recommended.

Moreover, Trump revealed that each home she owned had a leopard room. People reported that she had one cheetah painting that she bought while on safari in Africa.

One of her bedrooms features gold and white trimmings on her finishes, giving a regal theme. On her dressing table is a gigantic antique in front of a mirror and a chandelier.

Again, the white and gold accents, with the gold standing out a bit as a shiny element, feature all around the room of the fashion designer.

Trump once revealed that she had a fireplace in every room of the townhouse, and one in her main bedroom includes gold accents.

In her lifetime, the author had been married four times. Following her highly publicized divorce from her second husband, Donald Trump, in 1992, the model met Italian businessman Riccardo Mazzucchelli.

Mazzucchelli wooed Trump relentlessly, sending her a roomful of red roses after their first lunch date in 1991. He then proposed to her with a 10-carat diamond ring but was unsuccessful. He presented her with a Burmese sapphire later that year.

Mazzucchelli tried his luck again three years later when he asked for Trump's hand in marriage. This time around, the stars aligned, and the pair tied the knot in 1995.

However, in July 1997, Trump announced that she and her husband had split after 20 months of marriage. Both parties expressed sadness over their divorce. The model said she cried at the dissolution of their union:

"I'm very sad, I cry. I love Riccardo. This is a tremendously hard time for me. It's very painful to go through six years of relationship with a person and to be disappointed or filing for divorce or whatever."

Meanwhile, Muzzuccheli claimed to be devastated by their breakup, saying, "I loved Ivana a lot, and I think I did my best. I did for her more than Donald ever did." Sadly, he passed away in 2017 at 74 years of age.

Years later, Trump met another Italian man, actor Rossano Rubicondi in 2002. He was 23 years younger than her and was also a model who caught the acting bug while in London.

Rubicondi's film debut was in 1997's "The Eighteenth Angel," which credited him as a "model." He was 30 years old when he crossed paths with Trump and had four movie credits.

The couple walked down the aisle in 2008 at Mar-A-Lago – a luxurious Palm Beach club and resort in front of 400 guests. They had a 12-foot-tall wedding cake.

In May 2009, Trump told People magazine that she and Rubicondi had separated but were not filing for a divorce. She insisted that they were still enjoying being husband and wife:

"We are separated but not divorcing. He is working [in Italy] and I am here. It’s not a 24-7 marriage, but we're both enjoying it."

Though Trump previously stated they were not divorcing, they ended up doing just that in 2009. They became on and off through the years and made public appearances together on the Italian version of "Dancing with the Stars" in 2018.

According to the New York Post, the Daily Mail reported that the pair had been spotted together at least five times in 2021. A friend of Rubicondi, Italian director Roberto Alessi, once revealed that his pal had gotten closer to Trump leaving people to speculate that they wanted to remarry.

Sadly, Rubicondi died in October 2021 after reportedly suffering from an illness the previous year. He was 43 years old. His death was announced by Italian TV presenter Simona Ventura on social media.

She tweeted: "Rossano, thanks for the journey we made together, for the good times and the bad, and also the tears and laughter, so many, and everything that we did together. Farewell. RiP." Venture shared a photo of herself and Rubicondi beaming while donning coordinating black and white attires.
