Cleo Buckman Schwimmer Physically Expresses Herself Freely – More about David Schwimmer’s Daughter

David Schwimmer's daughter, Cleo Buckman Schwimmer, has always had the freedom to express herself, and she has done so in many ways.

Cleo Buckman Schwimmer is David’s Schwimmer’s only child to date. Her mother is Zoë Buckman, David Schwimmer’s ex-wife.

The "Friends" actor and his former wife ensured that they allowed their daughter to grow up while learning to express herself. They nurtured and encouraged her freedom of expression through makeup, fashion, or even a new hairstyle.

Cleo's Parents Got Married Several Months before Her Birth

Cleo's parents met in 2007 and started dating soon after their first meeting. In 2010, the former couple got engaged and tied the knot. Buckman and David welcomed Cleo Buckman Schwimmer into the world on May 8, 2011. David reportedly said:

“[It’s] hundred percent life-changing and in every way the most joyous and fulfilling and meaningful thing. Period. Hands down.”

In 2017, however, Cleo's parents announced they were separating and taking a break from their marriage. Later that year, the couple decided to make it final and filed for divorce.

Cleo Is Known for Her Transformations

Little Cleo was seen with long brown locks. However, in 2020 Cleo decided to shave all her hair. Her mother, Buckman, proudly shared a photo on her Instagram of Cleo's new look. Buckman captioned the picture:

“The world is saying ‘[burn] it down and rebuild’ and the babies are listening. I see how kids today challenge norms and standards in a way that we didn’t, and that, amongst other things, gives me hope!”

Buckman's inspiring message made an impression. In the shared carousel, another photo shows Buckman shaving her daughter's hair. Cleo beamed into the camera as her mother took an electric razor to Cleo's long dark hair.

Since her shaved-head moment, Cleo has gone through many different transformations. One time, she even dyed her hair bright pink! However, when Cleo had short, dark hair, there was no question that David was her father. The duo looked exactly alike.

Buckman shared another post in which Cleo's hair has started growing. It was dark and short – almost pixie-like. Cleo smiled a no-teeth smile and looked like a carbon copy of her actor-director dad.

People flocked to the comments as Cleo looked "just like her daddy," as quoted by an Instagram user. Another comment read: "She looks a lot like David with her hair like this." Undoubtedly, the "Friends" actor's daughter looks exactly like him.

Since David likes to keep his private life out of the limelight, it’s no surprise that his daughter is not often seen out in public with him.

At the moment, Cleo seems to be growing her hair out. Her mother posted a photo of the celebrity kid. She was lying back, arms up, in a blue dress with matching blue nails. Cleo's hair seemed much longer, while her ends were brighter and more blonde.

Cleo Has a Bond with Both Parents

Since David likes to keep his private life out of the limelight, it's no surprise that his daughter is not often seen out in public with him.

In June 2021, however, Cleo was spotted with her dad as they shared an electric scooter on the streets of NoHo, New York City.

Cleo could be seen from a mile away with her hot pink hair. The father and daughter whizzed around the neighborhood wearing masks, not helmets.

David's daughter is occasionally seen on his social media accounts. On her mother's, she is seen more regularly. In August 2022, David's ex-wife shared a carousel on Instagram of herself and her daughter next to some Drag Race icons.

Cleo was seen sporting electric blue hair and her signature broad smile in the picture. Whether David Schwimmer's daughter has pink hair, blue, or no hair – she is the spitting image of her father.
