According to Larry, the change was entirely her idea. She wanted something “edgy and cool,” and with the help of a hairstylist friend of her late mother, she went for a bold chop and dramatic color.

“She chopped it all off and put some wild colors in it,” he said, admitting he was initially unsure. “I was kind of bracing myself at the hair salon,” he added with a laugh, noting that his daughter is now at an age where she makes her own choices.
