In June 2022, the friends finally made their dreams a reality when they collaborated on their first makeup project, Stassie X Kylie, under KylieCosmetics.

Jenner and Karanikolaou released a mini cosmetics collection that showed off everyday neutrals mixed with pops of blues and pinks. The mini collection featured seven products starting at $18, with the whole collection retailing for $105.

The collection contained the Stassie X Kylie Liquid Eyeliner Pens in blue and pink shades, the Kylighter Illuminating Powder, a Matte Lip Kit in the pink nude, and a High Gloss Duo in a light peachy pink and a clear gloss with blue and pink glitters.

Collaboration with Zack Bia

In March 2022, she collaborated with socialite, DJ, social media influencer, record executive, and club promoter Zack Bialobos to create a gluten-free and handcrafted vodka, Sunny Vodka.

The two friends had the product as their passion project and worked on it for two years. Karanikolaou and Bia revealed that the corn used for their vodka is grown in the US, and their product is distilled in South Carolina.

She Isn't Friends with Jordyn Woods

In April 2022, the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, a sex advice and comedy podcast, hosted the model and blogger. During the podcast, the host asked Stassie Karanikolaou about her relationship with Jordyn Woods, one of Jenner's former BFFs.

Woods is a socialite and model and was famously known as one of the BFFs of Jenner until their relationship ended after Woods was caught kissing professional basketball player Tristan Thompson.

At the time, Thompson was in an on-and-off relationship with Jenner's sister Khloe Kardashian, and they shared a daughter, True Thompson.

Karanikolaou revealed in the podcast that she did not remain friends with Woods, but she was not following anyone's decisions as she had her reasons not to continue the friendship.

Kanye West Got a Crush on Stassie

In a now-deleted post on Instagram, Kanye West caused a stir when he admitted that he had a crush on his former sister-in-law Jenner's best friend, Karanikolaou.

In the caption of his post, West stated that he got Balenciaga's VIP director Johan Floury to sneak the model into the show as he believes the whole world knows he has a crush on her.

His post came after he had made his runway debut at Paris Fashion Week. West had surprised the guests when he opened the Balenciaga post-apocalyptic-themed SS23 show.

One day after making his runway debut, he also staged a surprise Yeezy fashion show for his YZY SZN 9, and the collection caused controversy as his models wore "White Lives Matter" shirts.
