Craig, like Weisz, is an accomplished British actor who rose to prominence as the sixth celebrity to play the iconic super spy character James Bond. Weisz and her dashing husband have kept their family life private.

She appeared in the British series "Inspector Morse," "Scarlet and Black," and "Advocates II." She had her first Hollywood appearance in the 1996 film "Chain Reaction," two years after debuting in her first movie, "Death Machine."

They quickly became friends after their first encounter and maintained a positive relationship in the years that passed. Both had romantic relationships, but Craig's dating history was quite complicated.

In 1992, Craig married actress Fiona Loudon, whom he divorced two years later. After briefly dating actress Heike Makatsch, he met film producer Satsuki Mitchell, with whom he became engaged but later ended the relationship.

He reportedly had a romantic relationship with another actress Sienna Miller, who, at the time, was still engaged to "Sherlock Holmes" actor Jude Law. The alleged affair, however, resulted in a bitter ending.

After hacking into Miller's phone, a journalist reportedly discovered Craig and Miller's secret romance. The journalist was eventually sued following the violation, while Law testified in court and confronted Craig over his affair with his then-fiancé.

Opposite to Craig's complex case, Weisz met and fell in love with renowned director Darren Aronofsky in 2001 and got engaged in 2005. Unfortunately, the couple separated in 2010.

Weisz met Craig again shortly after she and Darren broke up. Romance eventually sparked between the two after starring as a couple in the psychological thriller "Dream House."

When Did Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz Get Married?

In June 2011, Weisz reportedly tied the knot with Craig a year after dating. They held their secret in New York with only their children and a few friends in attendance. On why their union was off the radar, Craig said:

"But that was the point; we did it for private reasons because we didn't want it to [explicit word] up, because that would be sharing a secret. And the whole point is that it was a secret. A secret is a secret in my mind."

The highly-private couple kept their marriage out of the public eye and lived a low profile in the U.K. Their relationship is shown to the public only when they appear on the red carpet together.

Learning from the mistakes he had in past relationships that made him infamous, Craig was hesitant to provide more specific details about dating and marrying Weisz. However, he stated, "I'm in love. I'm very happy."

Craig and Weisz are already parents to two children from their previous partners.

The secret marriage came as a shock to their colleagues. For her part, Weisz opened up about their marriage, stating that one of her "greatest pleasures" was not sharing everything about their union, which she considered a healthy decision.

However, Weisz revealed that the little girl looked like her famous dad. Meanwhile, Craig once admitted to being "exhausted" from raising their daughter and expressed doubt that their daughter would watch any of his films.

Craig and Weisz are already parents to two children from their previous partners. Weisz is the mother of Aronofsky's son, Henry. Meanwhile, Craig has a daughter, Ella, who is an actress with whom he has a close bond even after his marriage to Loudon ended years ago.

Despite his deep love for both of his two daughters, Craig is not the type who follows the norms associated with the transfer of family wealth. He stated that he had no intention of his children with a large inheritance in his will.
