Skateboarding legend Tony Hawk led an illustrious career in the sport from age 14. While succeeding as a pro skater, he became an entrepreneur and a father to three sons and a daughter. Hawk shared his love for skateboarding with his kids, most recently with his lastborn, Kadence Clover.

Over three years ago, Tony guided his daughter, Kadence Clover Hawk, while skateboarding in a sweet but nerve-wracking bonding moment. Kadence Clover braced herself as she was about to go down a ramp with her dad nervously on standby. However, she proved her abilities, and skating became their father-daughter bonding activity.

When Tony Hawk married for a third time to Lhotse Merriam, he had his lastborn, Kadence Clover Hawk, born on June 30, 2008. Like her older siblings, she got into skating at a young age and enjoyed bonding through the activity with her dad.

During an interview, Tony spoke about his daughter's interest in pro skateboarding. He expressed his doubt about her wanting to make it a career and remarked that she only enjoyed it as something they did together. He explained:

"I think she enjoys it more as an activity for us to do together. She doesn't have so many friends who skate, she doesn't get into it as deep as my other kids."

Kadence Clover's older brother, Keegan Hawk, was born in July 2001. He is the secondborn from Tony's second marriage with Erin Lee. While the 21-year-old said he was "raised skating," he's taken a particular interest in landscape photography and videography.

Going by "keeganhawkskate" on Instagram, his page is mainly filled with his gorgeous shots. Although he hasn't indicated a professional career in skating, Keegan still seems dedicated to the activity. After all, his bio does state that he "dabbles in some things."

In 1996, Erin and Tony welcomed their firstborn, Spencer Hawk, bringing in a musician to the family. There's no indication of Spencer's interest in skateboarding, but he seems to thrive as a musician in the electronic genre.

Going by Gupi, Spencer debuted in the music industry with his 2018 album "All." He has since released three more. The Hawk family's secondborn has also worked with big names such as Charli XCX and Dylan Brady.

Riley Hawk, first name Hudson, was born in Tony's first marriage to Cindy Dunbar in December 1992. Riley earned himself the Best Amateur title, donned on him by Skateboarder Magazine. From then onwards, the 29-year-old decided to pursue skateboarding professionally.

Besides following in his dad's footsteps, Riley also entered the music scene. The Hawk family's firstborn plays for the grunge punk band Warish, who have released two albums already. Riley doesn't have much of a social media presence. He may have dissolved his Instagram page earlier this year.

Tony Hawk Helps Daughter with Her Fears

In 2019, Tony Hawk shared a video of an 11-year-old Kadence Clover, who poised reluctantly on her skateboard at the edge of a ramp. Tony stood a few feet away, gently guiding his daughter as she was about to skate down the ramp on her own.

With a little more encouragement, Kadence Clover managed to go down gracefully, garnering cheers from a small unseen audience. Alongside the video, a proud Tony – who hugged his daughter after that successful attempt – said he might have been "more nervous than she was" before she dropped down.

Tony Hawk's firstborn, Riley Hawk, found love with music legend Kurt Cobain's daughter, Frances Bean Cobain. She went Instagram official with Riley when she posted a thread of photos depicting the moments that brought her great joy during 2021.

Among the pictures is one of Riley holding a cute pup as he smiles at the camera. Frances Bean also included a cozy photo of herself and her boyfriend cuddling on a boat, enjoying the ride with his parents, Tony, and his wife, Catherine Goodman.

Before sharing the thread on January 2 this year, Frances Bean had gone on a year-long hiatus from posting on Instagram. She explained how that decision was "exceptionally good" for her mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
