After growing up on an island for most of her life, Kathryn decided to follow in her father's footsteps and pursue an acting career in Hollywood. Her first gig was on one of her father's projects, and as a teenager, Kathryn accompanied her father to public events.

Although her parents had a complicated relationship before Kathryn was born, she did grow up around Clint, who acted every bit like the protective father. He once brought the hammer down on Kathryn's brother, who had left her alone at a party when she was fourteen.

Kathryn Is the Child of Clint Eastwood's Affair with a Former Flight Attendant

Kathryn was born on March 2, 1988. She was her mother, Jacelyn Reeves, and Clint's second child. Jaclyn was a flight attendant, and her disinterest in the fame that came with Clint's name saw her raise Kathryn and her brother, Scott, out of the spotlight in Hawaii.

Jacelyn and Clint welcomed their two children while he was still in a relationship with someone else, and as a result, many were unaware of Kathryn and her brother's existence. In fact, both of their birth certificates read, "Father declined."

However, Clint did support his children and was involved in their upbringing. And according to Scott, Clint was not afraid to reprimand his children. While reminiscing about his adolescent years, Scott recalled taking Kathryn to a party. After going for a beer, the actor left his baby sister behind. When speaking about his punishment, Scott said:

"He (Clint) popped me and said, 'You don't ever leave your sister at a party. EVER.' And it was very old-school, very old-school of him. He wasn't afraid."
