Violet Krasinski is the second daughter of American actor and filmmaker John Krasinski and British actress Emily Blunt. When she adopted the British accent, her mother was very proud.

Violet Krasinski was born in May 2016, but her parents did not announce her birth until two weeks later. On July 4, 2016, her father took to Twitter to announce they had met their beautiful daughter.

In his post, Violet Krasinski's father was glad to celebrate the July 4 Independence Day holiday by announcing her arrival as the fourth family member.

Violet is the second child of her parents and joined their family two years after her elder sister, Hazel. Her mother had previously remarked that the second pregnancy was smoother than the first.

According to the actress, she was more self-indulgent during her first pregnancy than she was during the second pregnancy.

Violet's accent has been quite a novelty to talk about, as her father is American and her mother is British. Shortly after her birth, her mother revealed that her sister, Hazel, initially had a British accent.

However, after a long time, she adopted their father's accent. When the kids went to school in London amid the pandemic, Violet made her mother proud when she started adopting the local accent.

In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, her mother revealed that she had received a video of Violet singing "Jingle Bells," and she could hear her singing with an almost Cockney accent.

Violet Krasinski Is Already Showing Interest in the Entertainment Industry

Aside from her "Jingle Bells" performance, Violet wowed her parents as she started showing an interest in music when she was only 18 months old.

Her father told the story on the Ellen DeGeneres show. He said he started singing their song while trying to be a dad on a rainy day. To his surprise, his daughter sang "yeah baby" in a deep low octave.

The actor was shocked and quickly asked his wife if their daughter had heard the song before and where she got the line she sang. It took them three days to figure out that the line she sang was from the end of the song in the same tone that was in the original.

Behind the camera, Violet has been part of philanthropic projects.

Violet may be young, but she already has clear and specific choices in entertainment. Her father once asked her if she wanted to watch a movie, and she told him she wanted to watch "Mary Poppins."

At the time, her mother had starred in "Mary Poppins Returns," so he asked her if she wanted to watch that one or the original. Violet told him she would prefer the original "Mary Poppins" version featuring Julie Andrews.

On the other hand, she loved her dad John Krasinski's movie, "DC League of Super-Pets." He revealed that his daughters had not seen any of his films, and he was excited they enjoyed the family-friendly animated movie where he voiced Superman.

Violet Krasinski Is Rarely Seen in Public

Violet Krasinski has very cautious parents, she seldom appears in public, and there are no images of her face online as she grows older.

One rare instance when she was spotted outside was when she and her sister spent time with their mother in Croatia. They had gone to visit her father, who was filming "Jack Ryan."

During their visit, they took a stroll on the streets of Dubrovnik, Croatia, and the paparazzi captured pictures of Violet, her sister, her nanny, and their mother.

In most of the pictures, Violet, who wore floral pants, a black top, a pink polka dot navy blue puffer jacket, and matching leopard ballet flats with her sister, had her face blurred out, and her looks have remained a mystery.

Behind the camera, Violet has been part of philanthropic projects. At three, she and her sister's artwork went on limited-edition tote bags and T-shirts for charity during the pandemic in 2020.
