Rufus Emmuel Lundberg was born in Los Angeles, Californina hospital, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, on November 7, 2016. He lives a life outside the loop of the media, despite having a very famous father. According to Rufus, his father has a totally different profession.

His father, Zachary Knight Galifianakis, is a famous actor known for his humourous yet nonchalant persona in films. The 53-year-old American actor has placed a level of protection between his children and the sometimes unhealthy weight of fame. Rufus' birth certificate was released, uncovering that he adopted his mother's last name.

The actor jokes about not giving his children typical LA names and extends the joke by stating that he named his son Pinkberry and the other son Jared Leno: a mix between Jared Leto and Jay Leno. Those names are not entirely proper, as his first son's name remains unknown, and his second son was named Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg.

Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg Doesn't Know What His Dad Does for a Living

Zach is well known for his eccentric character's personality in the 3-part sequel, "The Hangover." Despite the almost instant recognition he receives from the public, his son Rufus and his brother are unaware of their father's occupation. Rufus' father spoke about his disapproval of children watching "The Hangover":

"People used to come up to me and be like, 'Oh, my kids love The Hangover,' and I'm like, 'You're a terrible parent.'"

Zach has not yet revealed his profession to his children; the movie star admitted that he does not speak to anyone besides talk show hosts about his work. He said his children believe he works as an assistant librarian. The 53-year-old is comfortable with their perception of his employment.

On one occasion, Rufus' older brother saw their father's face on a bus; and questioned who the person was. Without preparation for instances like this, Zach responded as if he had no idea who the person in the picture was, although his son responded with equal sarcasm.

Just like his mother, who kept her last name after marriage, Rufus did not inherit his father's.

Rufus lives in a funny reality where he believes he is presumably the son of the most famous librarian. Zach expressed that he is looking forward to having more children. The movie star mentioned he would like eight more children and admitted that he is not ready to introduce his sons to his career.

In 2009, Rufus' father debuted in the first edition of the massively successful Rated-R comedy trilogy, "The hangover." To this day, the actor has not given his children the green light to watch the films as it contains graphic content that is not to be advised for children's viewing.

When speaking about the possibility of his sons discovering the trilogy, Zach said, "I'll just deny it. I'll say, 'I don't know what you're talking about. I had nothing to do with that movie." He followed up that statement by admitting that it was a tricky situation.

He prescribes a higher level of maturity for his sons and all children to watch the film, prioritizing the protection of their innocence as children. The movie star has made many child-friendly movies, such as the recent animation "Ron's Gone Wrong," which he hopes will enlighten young and old about the potential ills of technology.

Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg Sometimes Helps His Dad with Gardening

When Rufus was born, dad made sure to be around when he came into the world. Zach Galifianakis even skipped a movie premiere to ensure he could be present for his son's birth. His older brother's name remains a mystery and unconfirmed. Rufus, barely ever seen in public, was spotted helping his father with the gardening. The child does not know his father's occupation but helps his dad when he can.

When Rufus accompanied his compassionate father on a trip to get garden supplies, the blonde-headed baby, just over a year old at the time, was seen picking out plants from a plot of land with his dad. Just like his mother, who kept her last name after marriage, Rufus did not inherit his father's.
