JJ Da Boss & Wife Tricia Day Are Fellow Dragsters

JJ Da Boss was lucky to meet someone with the same passion for racing, his wife, Tricia Day. Their over-a-decade-long marriage resulted in four beautiful children and withstood challenges, including a severe car crash.

The couple has found success together as a couple, parents, and race car drivers. The pair spent their younger years in a small town near Memphis and got together because of their similar interests.

JJ Da Boss and Tricia Day Dated Sometime in 2008, and Their Relationship Has since Bloomed

JJ Da Boss, born Jonathan Day on August 10, 1973, lived outside Memphis, surrounded by 700 residents. Little did he know that his future wife was also growing up in the same area.

It wasn't until around 2008 that the duo began dating; by then, they were already in their 30s. JJ Da Boss also had relationships beforehand and fathered seven children.

In a previous interview, JJ Da Boss confessed his unconditional love for Tricia, saying, "I love Trish. I feel like she saved me and my life. She brought a lot of happiness to my life. She got me on the right path."

JJ Da Boss and Tricia Day Survived a Crash Together

On the race track, Tricia is known as Midget and has starred with her husband on the reality show "Street Outlaws" for several years. While the couple showed the world their strong relationship as lovers and business partners, they have also been through rough times.

In 2022, JJ Da Boss and Tricia were involved in a car accident while filming "Street Outlaws: America's List" that left them severely injured. The duo was driving different vehicles when they were involved in a collision.

The husband and wife were immediately taken to the hospital for treatment and, fortunately, fully recovered. To the relief of fans, both have since returned to racing.

Tricia's career has earned her an estimated net worth of $1 million, which is close to her husband's net worth. Beyond their career, Tricia and JJ Da Boss live private lives.

His eldest son, Josh Day, is also a race car driver and appeared on the reality show. Josh is now a father of two with his wife, Chelsea. JJ Da Boss also has three other grandchildren from his older children.

JJ Da Boss Is Believed to Have 11 Children

JJ Da Boss is a proud father to 11 children, of which four are with his wife, Tricia. During their relationship, the couple had three daughters, Annaline, Aubrey, and Vada, and a son, Jonathan Wayne Jr.

Previously, he shared an Instagram photo with four of his daughters, Whitney, Aubrey, Vada, and Annaline, whom he called his inspiration to become a better person.

Not much is known about the racer's kids from his previous relationships. However, his eldest son, Josh Day, is also a race car driver and appeared on the reality show. Josh is now a father of two with his wife, Chelsea. JJ Da Boss also has three other grandchildren from his older children.

JJ is among the many race car drivers known in the entertainment industry. Another racer is Shelby Blackstock, Reba McEntire's only biological son. Blackstock trained in the sport at Bob Bondurant School.

He has since shown his talent as a professional race car driver and made his first big win at the Daytona IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge BMW Performance 200 in 2014.

Blackstock has since competed in other races and had several victories, including the GT World Challenge America as the Overall Champion.
