Chelsea added that she felt blessed to have been raised under her parents' wings, who taught her to give with heartfelt integrity. Her dad, John Goodman, is a former NFL star who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

She followed in his athletic footsteps, excelling in track from high school to college. When asked about the expectations to be as good as her dad in her chosen sport, Chelsea said she didn't feel any pressure. John was only supportive, as she explained:

"He was pretty much always there. He knows how to coach me ... not on my sport but how to give it all I have."

Lane and Chelsea Johnson's Marriage Lasted for 6 Years

The couple met while studying at the University of Oklahoma, where Chelsea also engaged in high jumping. She and Lane tied the knot on January 6, 2013, at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club, the oldest private country club in the city.

Unfortunately, much to their fans' disappointment and after six years of marriage, their union ended in divorce in 2019. Neither party revealed the reasons for their separation nor the terms of their divorce settlement.

Chelsea Is the Mother of Three Wonderful Children; Two Boys and One Girl

Chelsea and Lane welcomed their first baby, a son named David Chase, in August 2013. He was born with clubfoot like his dad but underwent successful corrective surgery at three months. His younger sister, Journey Layne, was born in February 2016, and his brother, Channing McCoy, in March 2019.

Lane Johnson Now Has a New Girlfriend

Her name is Kelsey Kay Holmer, and her Instagram timeline was filled with photos and video clips featuring her beau at the time of publication. She celebrated with Lane on the field when the Philadelphia Eagles won the NFC Championship against the San Fransisco 49ers last month.
