Nathan is a very successful businessman who built his empire from scratch. He used his technical and entrepreneurial skills to establish multiple commercial firms since 1997 and continues to flourish up to this day.

The couple shares a son, Burke Sanko, who will turn four this year. He is the best thing that has ever happened to Laura, and she is not shy to say how much it means to her to be his mother. She is undeniably a proud and grateful mother.

Her Husband Is an Entrepreneur

Nathan has an extensive professional career that dates back more than 25 years. After completing his bachelor's degree in Economics in 1992, he founded and became CEO of Back 2 Basics of Indiana, a contracted waste management company servicing the City of Chicago. It is said to have recycled over 40 000 tons per year.

Beginning in 2011, the businessman started the No Limit Wheels and No Limit Safety companies. The former made fully customizable ATV, ITV, and Golf Cart wheels, and the latter designed, engineered, and patented the first and only fully adjustable HANS device. Both companies were later sold.

Currently, Nathan runs two firms, Back 2 Basics Beef, and Leggera Technologies. While Back to Basics Beef, founded in 2003, deals with cattle farming, Leggera Technologies is focused on providing structural automotive parts and has customers that include Chrysler and Jeep.

He also sat on the board and was one of the early investors of Movista, a leader in the industry of mobile workforce management. And continuing on his exploits of discovering promising talent early, he is also a member of Mid America Angels, which invests in promising early-stage ventures and providing startups.

Laura Rarely Shared Some Family Moments On Instagram

One thing that Laura does occasionally is to praise her husband for his work prowess. In 2018, she posted split pictures of him 26 years apart, one showing a time when he was still building his first company at 22 and the second one showing a 48-year-old Nathan still looking almost the same and still working as hard.

Still, in 2018, the couple celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary and 12 years of being together. Laura thanked her husband for going on an adventure with her and providing for her and their son.

Laura says she is not one to post much about the glamorous family life, but she could not help it when her husband spoiled her with a magnificent white Mercedes Benz G Wagon. She described, in a post dated August 14, 2021, with a caption that read "Must post moment."

In the previous month, Laura, who works for UFC, covering fighters such as Ronda Rousey, had wished her husband a Happy Father's Day, calling him a wonderful dad and a role model as he is a hard worker "who takes life by the horns."

They're a Happy Family of 3

The Sankos are currently a family of three consisting of parents Nathan and Laura and their son, Burke, his mother's favorite person in the world.

Although the small family seems to enjoy their time together, the absence of Nathan from the group doesn't dampen the mood too much. Sometimes, the mother-son duo takes part in martial arts lessons, which they call Bedtime Fight Club (BFC). The sessions also involve some 80 music which mom says is Burke's favorite.

Burke was born sometime in April 2019. He appears to have been either dangerously ill or born prematurely, as he spent some of his first three weeks in a neonatal intensive care unit. His first picture was likely taken three weeks after his birth, and he looked like a very healthy, wide-eyed baby.

There is no doubt that Burke changed his mother's life in so many ways. She says he is her greatest accomplishment and is happy to have shared her body with him for nine months and a year of breastfeeding.
