Amanda Moye Brown Works for Disney & Is Happily Married
Amanda Moye Brown is happily married to "True Blood" and "Deception" heartthrob Wes Brown, with whom she shares a teenage daughter.
Fans of Hallmark movie leading man Wes Brown may be curious to learn more about his life and wife. She is Amanda Moye Brown, and she has an impressive list of credits as a producer, which includes the hit animation series "Phineas and Ferb."
Amanda Moye Brown's life has been quite an adventure since she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of being part of the entertainment industry and working for Disney.

Amanda Moye became Amanda Moye Brown on May 2, 2008, when she married actor Wes Brown. But long before that, in the 90s, Amanda took a chance and moved to Los Angeles, where she started working at Disneyland.
In the 90s, Amanda partied with Hollywood celebrities Paris Hilton and Lance Bass, who was then a member of the boy band NSYNC.
Her job at the iconic theme park was to play several of Disney's best-beloved characters, like Belle from "Beauty and the Beast" and Princess Jasmine from "Aladdin," for the delight of the children and adult visitors.
Amanda Moye Brown Grew up in a Loving Family
Amanda is part of a loving family and was raised by adoring parents. She has sweet messages to her mother on Mother's Day in which she expresses her love and appreciation. She wrote:
"Happy Mother’s Day to my Mama ♥️ You have given me the greatest gift of making me feel both free and held. There is not a selfish cell in your body, thank you for always saying, 'as long as you’re happy and having fun, I’m happy!' I love you SO much!!!! 🥰"
On Father's Day 2020, Amanda paid tribute to her father by sharing a gallery of photos, starting with a photo of her dad as a child. In other photos, he can be seen with Amanda as a child and later as a doting granddad to her daughter. She captioned the post:
"This is my Dad, and I love him. He says incredibly wise things like 'ain’t nuthin to it but to do it!' and 'if you’re gonna be dumb, you’d better be tough!' I’m probably a lot more like him than I realize, and that may be both good and bad."
When Amanda moved to Los Angeles in the 90s, she found a second home with the Flanagan family and a second mother with Brenda Flanagan. Sadly Brenda Flanagan passed away in December 2020. Amanda paid a heartfelt homage to Brenda on Instagram, writing:
"On Friday, we lost one of the most kind, loving, and generous souls I’ve known. She loved me as if I were her own, their family loved me through scary times after I moved to LA and didn’t know if I could make it here."
Amanda Enjoyed Working for Disney Remotely
In 2020, Amanda started working remotely for Disney on the production and development of the 2020 movie "Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe," and the animated series "Monsters at Work" with Billy Crystal, Jennifer Tilly, and Henry Winkler.
She has previously produced the 2008 hit series "Phineas and Ferb," which counted with the vocal talents of actors Vincent Martella and Thomas Sangster as the title characters and Ashley Tisdale as Candace.

Amanda and Wes's Relationship History
In the 90s, Amanda partied with Hollywood celebrities Paris Hilton and Lance Bass, who was then a member of the boy band NSYNC along with Justin Timberlake. It was Bass who would introduce her to the love of her life.
Wes confessed that he fumbled the proposal and yelled at Amanda: "Wanna get married?" She accepted. The couple married in 2008 and welcomed their only daughter Meribeth in 2009.
Wes and Amanda revealed that they turned their experience during the pandemic into an opportunity to strengthen their relationship and spend time with their daughter.
