Country music singer Bailey Zimmerman has spoken about wanting to get married and start a family, but he remains single and keeps mum about a special person in his life.

Bailey Zimmerman's rise to fame is like something out of a movie. From being unknown, he was catapulted to stardom by a viral TikTok video and has had no less than three hits in the Hot Country Songs top 10 at the same time.

The young country singer's professional life is booming, but fans are eager to know more about the man behind the star: if Bailey Zimmerman has a wife or a girlfriend, or if he is even dating.

Just three years ago, no one had heard of Bailey Zimmerman. Born on January 27, 2000, in Louisville, Illinois, he grew up accompanying his trucker dad on long hauls across the country -- listening to country music all the way.

Not that country music was all he heard. His mom was a die-hard 80s rock fan, so another influence was added to his musical taste. At 16, Zimmerman got his first job at the local meat processing plant; then, he started working on a gas line.

At 22, Zimmerman was an overnight sensation, and it turned his life upside down.

It looked as if Zimmerman was set to lay out one of those blue-collar, small-town lives Bruce Springsteen likes to sing about, but there was one small detail: in his spare time, Zimmerman liked to write songs and sing them.

He dropped his first studio album, "Leave the Light On," in October 2022 and started making history when it debuted with three songs -- "Rock and a Hard Place," "Where It Ends," and "Fall in Love" -- in the top ten of the Billboard 200. Zimmerman said:

“My life went from, like, nothing to 100, just so fast. I started reading books. [Fellow country artist] Drew Baldridge has been like a mentor for me. He was like, ‘Dude, get the book All You Need to Know About the Music Business [by Donald Passman].’ I learned how labels worked, all kinds of stuff."

At 22, Zimmerman was an overnight sensation, and it turned his life upside down. He was on his way, even though it had been at some personal cost. Zimmerman wore braces which gave him a slight lisp.

He decided to remove them at his next dentist's appointment before he started sharing his music on TikTok, even though his teeth weren't corrected yet. Zimmerman is still very young, despite his gritty mature voice, but he has a dream for the future which he shared in an interview:

"I would love to fall in love. I want a family and stuff, so. One day, baby!"

There seems to be a hint of heartbreak in his past, and Zimmerman shared a snap on Instagram on Valentine's Day that showed him standing with a bouquet of red roses and a wide grin on his face.

Fans needn't worry. Zimmerman is not lonely. He has his family and one adoring blond beauty he adores and showers with roses: his golden retriever Marley. He posts photos of her constantly on his Instagram.
