Chase Chrisley's Fiancee Emmy Medders Shares Photos from Couple's Vacation Shortly after Todd and Julie's Incarceration

Chase Chrisley and Emmy Medders are now engaged. The couple has been through ups and downs before reaching this point. For Chase, the timing of the engagement could be bittersweet as his parents were soon after sentenced to a combined 19 years in prison.

Chase Chrisley and his fiancée Emmy Medders recently enjoyed a vacation in Miami, Florida. The TV personality's lover shared a series of photos on Instagram, showing some of their moments during the course of their Miami trip.

The post includes six photos, of which two were taken at restaurants. Three of the pictures show the couple having fun in the water, be it in a jacuzzi, on the beach, or in a swimming pool. The second last of the six photos is a picture of Chase and his girl posing for an image on a night out.

Before the 6-piece Instagram post, Emmy shared several photos from their sunny vacation. A week ago, she wrote "A weekend that was good for the soul" and attached three pictures of herself enjoying the shade of an Umbrella at the beach.

In another post, Emmy also revealed that sunshine and palm trees bring her happiness. She later wrote, "My feed is still in Miami," in the caption of a post from a week ago, showing that she is still in vacation mode.

Chase's fiancée has a big following on Instagram, tallying roughly 200,000 followers. She often gets asked for advice by fans in her comments. Emmy was asked where she purchased her lime green top in the 6-piece vacation recap. She answered by posting an Instagram story revealing it was from Amazon.

She shared a picture of herself on her LTK account wearing the lime green dress at a dining table with Chase. Attached to the LTK post is a direct link to purchase the item on Amazon.

Emmy and Chase Broke up Shortly before the Engagement

On October 5, 2022, Chase prepared the perfect proposal for his then-girlfriend, Emmy. He arranged for 175,000 rose petals to be delivered and set up at Tennessee's First Horizon Football Stadium. He laid out a trail of rose petals that led to a heart-shaped layer of petals on which he popped the question.

"I was so surprised; I had no idea it was happening," Emmy said. Both Emmy and Chase's families watched on from the stadium's dugout. The bride-to-be said yes, and the families joined forces and enjoyed a BBQ in the 12,000-seat stadium.

There was a period of uncertainty between the engaged before the proposal. Emmy revealed that they went through an off-and-on period before they got engaged, resulting in a breakup. She mentioned that their split—of roughly two weeks—felt like two months. However, everything has been great since they reunited.

Chase Vacays While His Parents Are in Prison

Shortly after Chase went down on one knee before the love of his life, his father began a 12-year sentence at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola. His mother was also convicted and handed a seven-year sentence at Federal Prison Camp Marianna. Chase's parents, Julie and Todd Chrisley were charged with tax evasion and bank fraud worth millions.

Currently, Chase's parents are appealing for their convictions to be reduced. Their sentence length suggests that they will not see their son wed. In addition to their sentences, Todd and Julie are charged with 16 months of probation upon their release from prison.
