Justin Turner's Wife Kourtney Pogue Is Always by Her Husband's Side

Major League Baseball superstar Justin Turner found an exceptional partner in his wife, Kourtney Pogue, who he married in 2017.

The couple had a dream wedding at a tourist resort in Mexico. The ceremony was made more special as Turner's hero, former MLB star Orel Hershiser, joined the couple in matrimony.

Turner and Pogue tied the knot by the sea in December 2017. The wedding was held at the luxurious One&Only Palmilla in San José del Cabo, Mexico, and attended by many guests, including an 18-season veteran of the MLB and the groom's hero Hershiser who took the couple through their vows.

The wedding party, which went deep into the night, was filled with laughter, dance, and all the fun in the world as people celebrated the joining in matrimony of Turner and Pogue. The couple did not even get time to change their attires, as they are seen in the wedding video still wearing the suit and gown while watching the firework display in the night sky.

Since then, Pogue has posted the couple's wedding pictures every year on December 10 as they celebrate their anniversary. She expressed shock and was blown away when they reached their fifth wedding anniversary, saying, "happy five years. Also, how?"

Kourtney Supports Her Husband in Public

As a married couple, Turner and Pogue do many things together. From social media, fans can see the lovely couple spending much time together at restaurants, posing for Christmas portraits, playing golf, and enjoying nature.

In August 2017, the couple was documented taking some of their time to help the community. Turner and Pogue joined Clayton and Ellen Kershaw in distributing supplies and backpacks at Los Angeles' Dream Centre. The generous acts were part of the ninth annual Kershaw's Challenge Back to School Bash.

Seeing the pair helping put smiles on kids' and parents' faces was fantastic as many thronged the parking lot to get the bags. The event was presented in a beautiful atmosphere, with balloons and ice cream trucks ready to make the fun-filled day memorable and impactful.

Kourtney Keeps Fans Updated about Justin’s Injury

The first week of March 2023 was unforgettable for the Red Sox Organization, their fans, and the Turner family, as their superstar suffered a terrible injury. The gruesome injury happened when a pitch from the Detroit Tigers hit Turner in the face, blood gushing out of his face as he fell to the ground in pain.

The medical staff quickly attended to the hurting infielder, who may have to spend an extended period on the sidelines while nursing the severe injury. Luckily for his fans and fans of his team, he did not stay in the hospital for too long. His wife posted an update on his condition the day after, saying:

"Thank you to everyone that reached out about Justin and sent prayers. We’re home now and he’s resting (okay - maybe listening to the replay of the game). 16 stitches and a lot of swelling but we are thanking God for no fractures & clear scans."

The Couple Lives Together with Two Dogs

Turner and Pogue are parents to two dogs which they madly adore. Pogue frequently shares photos of the couple with their two fur friends; it is always a picture-perfect moment. On January 17, 2023, she celebrated one of the dog's birthday with a sweet Instagram post that read:

"Happy 4th birthday, my little rigby tuna fish. Who rescued who, am I right? But seriously, you make my world go round, handsome boy. Although you’re oddly obsessed with me and will defend me against a new visitor’s pants hem.. you’re the absolutely sweetest beyond that tough exterior."

The family of four enjoys their time together, which they have a lot of. The foursome always looks bright and loved, from Christmas celebrations to road trips and nature walks. However, fans are yet to see them attend a Red Sox game, where greats like Patrick Mahomes' father Pat Mahomes also played.

Although they have been married for five years, the couple do not have any kids yet, and there has been no news. Nevertheless, they appear to have their hands full with their two little pups.
