'Shadowlands' Star Debra Winger's 'Glorious' Gray Hair Catches Attention of Fans & They Love It

Debra Winger happened upon a bale of turtles lounging in the sun in Central Park while "searching for signs of spring" in New York City. In a March 23, 2023 update, the actress followed the reptiles' example by reclining on a rock. Her luscious grey locks were thrown back as she faced the sun.

In the comments, Debra Winger was lauded for her natural hair, with one fan stating, "You have always had a glorious head of hair!" A second added, "Love the hair, Debra!" Rosanna Arquette commented: "I'm still searching for Debra Winger and sending you love."

One fan felt educated by the post, "Gorgeous profile! Hanging out with the turtles is where it's at. (Never knew it was called a bale.)." The "Kajillionaire" star loves spending outdoors in her city. Last fall, she dug up dahlias which, in an "act of faith," she planned to plant this year.

Debra Winger Left Hollywood for Years to Focus on Her Family

The "Terms of Endearment" actress took an extended break from Hollywood when she turned 40 as the roles on offer were not challenging her. However, as Winger told PEOPLE in 2017, her real life challenged her more, so she "dove into it fully."

He admired her stance for not settling for roles that rendered her a plot device.

Relocating to New York, she could give all her energy to family, such as her second husband, Arliss Howard, and their son she went on to have at 42, Gideon Babe Ruth Howard. The star also has a child from her first marriage, Noah Hutton.
