Hart and her husband, Mark Wilkerson, welcomed their youngest son Tucker on September 18, 2012. The actress's rep spoke to People Magazine about Tucker's birth and said he weighed 8 lbs., 5 oz.

A few months before Tucker was born, Hart had announced her pregnancy and said she was waiting for a delivery surprise. She revealed that she hadn't settled for a particular name but had picked a few favorites.

As Tucker's mom enjoys motherhood, she said she desires to expand her family, but the entire pregnancy process is overwhelming.

A few weeks after welcoming Tucker, the "Melissa & Joey" star who starred alongside Nick Robinson was ready to introduce her youngest son to the world. In an interview, she gave a glimpse into her life as a mother and a wife and revealed how her husband helped her deliver Tucker.

The mom of three admitted that the labor process was still the most challenging part; however, it was special for her as her husband played a significant role in the delivery room. She said:

"This birth was very exciting, thorough because my husband actually delivered Tucker from head to toe and then placed him on my chest. It was great.”

Melisa Will Not Encourage Tucker to Become an Actor

Tucker McFadden Wilkerson seems to have followed in his mother's footsteps. He was introduced into the acting industry at a young age when he appeared with his mother in the sitcom "Melissa & Joey." His most recent work is his role as Jack in the 2022 comedy film that his mother directed, "Santa Bootcamp."

Even though it is too early to tell which career path Tucker will follow, he seems to have a promising future in the acting industry. As for Tucker's mom, she said she would not encourage him to pursue acting. She said:

"He's talented in so many different ways. And he's just a little bit crazy enough to be an actor, I think, but I'm not gonna encourage that."

Though Hart believes in her son's talent and said it was fun working with him in "Santa Bootcamp," she admitted she wouldn't drive him to auditions and that if he wants to pursue acting, he should wait until after he finishes college.

Tucker was introduced to the spotlight at a young age, which probably explains why he is natural on camera. At a tender age, Tucker was already attending events with his mother and brothers. Tucker enjoys watching different TV series, and one of his favorites is the drama series, "Stranger Things," in which Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard had leading roles.

The talented young actor, who was diagnosed with hernia when he was a little boy, underwent a successful surgery in 2022. Tucker's mother once revealed motherhood was a fantastic experience for her, even though she said it was upsetting to watch her sons grow up so fast. At the same time, she said she was glad that they were becoming mature and independent.
