Over a year after tying the knot, Jesse and Emma welcomed a son, Jesse Bailey Watters Jr., in April 2021. Jesse shared the news of his son's birth on Instagram, posting several photos of his newborn in the hospital. He wrote:

"Emma and I are thrilled to welcome Jesse Bailey Watters, Jr. into our world. He clocked in on April Fools Day, weighing 7lbs 3oz."

In September of the same year, Jesse Jr. was baptized in a Church. His mom documented the milestone on Instagram, posting pictures with her husband and stepchildren. "Such a special weekend baptizing our sweet Jesse Jr. ✝️ love you all so very much. ❤️❤️❤️," she captioned the post.

Georgina "Gigi" Post Watters

Jesse Watters' baby girl, Georgina "Gigi" Post Watters, came in April 2023. She is the youngest and only daughter he has with Emma. The television personality also shared the news of Gigi's birth on social media, revealing that she weighed six pounds and three ounces.

His announcement was accompanied by a sweet photo of Emma and their newborn, wrapped in a blanket while still in the hospital. Many of his fans rushed to the comments section to send their congratulations and well-wishes.
