In addition to her role as a businesswoman and her work on television, Lisa Vanderpump is also a parent. She is a mother of two kids, a daughter named Pandora Todd and a son named Max Todd.

While Vanderpump welcomed her eldest child Pandora in May 1986, her youngest, Max, arrived in December 1991. The family matriarch shares her brood with her husband of four decades, Ken.

However, Pandora is the couple's only biological child, as Max was adopted at six weeks old. He and his adoptive mom get along well, and he usually shares photos of them on social media.

In 2017, Max paid tribute to Vanderpump on his Instagram and posted a throwback picture of him and his sister as kids. In the snap, his mother was holding him while feeding him.

"Yesterday, we celebrated my mom's birthday. Happy birthday mom. I love you @lisavanderpump @pandoravt," he captioned his post.

Four years later, in 2021, Max marked his sister and her spouse's marriage milestone online, writing, "Pandora and Jason's 10-year wedding anniversary," alongside a photo of the couple and the décor of the celebrations in the backyard.

Meanwhile, in 2022, Max showed his appreciation for his mom again on Instagram alongside a snap of the mother-and-son duo smiling. "To the best mom in the world! @lisavanderpump #pumprestaurant,” he penned.

Despite how much he has expressed his love for Vanderpump, he stunned her when he asked about his biological parents. Vanderpump, who is the executive producer of "Vanderpump Rules," (starring Kristen Doute), revealed in February 2015 that when her son was a child, he already knew that he was adopted and that she would answer every question he had, adding:

"So, it was rather surprising when Max came to me and inquired about his genetic heritage."

The mother of two explained that Max and her sister Pandora grew up in a loving, "vibrant" home with caring and attentive parents who did their best to create a "harmonious" environment.

She further stated, "One thing I know for sure is biology has little to do with emotional connections, of that Max, and I are sure." Fellow star, Keegan-Michael Key, was also adopted, and he eventually met his birth mother.

Like her famous mom, Pandora is also a family woman as she is married to Jason Sabo. After dating for six years, the pair wed on August 27, 2011, and welcomed one child, a son.

In October 2018, she posted two throwback photos featuring her and Max as kids, including one snap posing with their father. "Punkinhuntin' with this one since 1991 @maxfield_v_todd," she wrote.
