Alan Jackson's Daughter Mattie Gets Married Again & Shares First Photo of Her Wedding Dress

It's a wedding day for Mattie Jackson, the daughter of legendary country singer Alan Jackson! On her Instagram stories, Mattie shares a first look at the celebration and even provides a photo of her dress.

Mattie Jackson and Connor Smith tied the knot eight years after their engagement. She shared a photo of her wedding dress, initially posted by her guest Lindy Aguirre. Jackson dazzles in a white strapless fitted dress, featuring an additional sheer layer that drapes from her shoulders to her feet. This second layer is embellished with small round white pieces scattered across the fabric.

The radiant bride enhanced her outfit with delicate accessories and white pumps. Her hair cascades freely over her shoulders in beautiful waves. Mattie's guest Lindy dubs her "an actual angel." Later Mattie also shared a photo surrounded by friends.

Jackson eagerly counted the days until she could finally take on the title of Mrs. Smith. A week prior, she posted a cheerful selfie with Connor against a backdrop of the sea, her engagement ring prominently displayed. "1 more day," she captioned the sun-kissed photo on the eve of the celebration.

Alan Jackson's daughter became engaged on her 30th birthday. The proposal, which she had only expected to be a birthday celebration, took her by surprise and filled her with immense gratitude. In a social media post featuring numerous photos of the engagement ring, Mattie declared Connor to be the biggest blessing in her life.

Mattie confirmed her relationship with Connor on Instagram six months after they met. He is actually her best friend's brother-in-law. To Mattie, Connor was "more of an answer" to her prayers for healing her broken heart.

Tragically, she had lost her first husband, Ben, three and a half years before meeting Connor. In 2018, he fell backward and struck his head, leading to an 11-day medically induced coma. Unfortunately, Ben never recovered.

Alan Jackson shares two more daughters with his wife, Denise Jackson. Mattie Denise Jackson, born on June 19, 1990, is their oldest. She is followed by Alexandra “Ali" Jane Jackson, born on August 23, 1993. Alan's youngest, Dani Grace Jackson, was welcomed into the world on August 28, 1997.
