Bar Paly's Marriage to Ian Kessner Ended In Divorce
Bar Paly and her former spouse, Ian Kessner, went their separate ways in 2018 after over ten years of marriage. According to court documents, the "NCIS: Los Angeles" actress was the one to file for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, Bar Paly is an actress originally from the USSR who relocated to Los Angeles when she was in her 20s in pursuit of becoming an actress. She is commonly known for her recurring role as Special Agent Anna Kolcheck on "NCIS: Los Angeles."
However, Bar Paly also has a silver screen credit after co-starring alongside Dwayne Johnson and Mark Wahlberg in "Pain & Gain." In the series finale of "NCIS: Los Angeles," fans of the show saw her character get engaged. However, since her separation from her husband, Bar Paly does not appear to be romantically involved with anyone, as she has kept her personal life low-key and devoid of public relationships.

Bar Paly Was Previously Married but Divorced
While it is unclear when Paly met her ex-husband, the couple is believed to have begun their romance in the mid-1990s. Despite being public figures, the former couple kept their relationship discreet and tied the knot in 2007, nearly a decade after they started going out.
However, Paly filed for divorce from her film-maker husband in 2018, after 11 years of marriage. In court documents, it was revealed that she cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the end of their marriage.
Although the actress and her ex-husband did not welcome any children together, the actress did request spousal support. Since her divorce, she has not appeared to be in a relationship with someone new and continues to keep her private life under wraps.

Although Paly kept pursed lips about her off-camera relationship, she has often taken to Instagram to share about her onscreen romance. In February 2020, she promoted an episode of "NCSI: Los Angeles" and shared a still of her and her co-star and love interest Chris O'Donnell.
In December of that same year, she had shared a still of her and O'Donnell leaning in for a kiss while filming their hit show and captioned the post in part, "Did you watch / (are watching) #NCISLA tonight? Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did shooting it."
One of the most recent posts of her and O'Donnell playing a couple in love came in October 2022, when the actress posted three more stills of them while filming.

In "NCIS: Los Angeles," O'Donnell and Paly's characters have had viewers on the edge of their seats thanks to their "will-they-or-won't-they" act. However, in the season finale, fans see Agent Callen, played by Chris O'Donnell, propose to Anna Kolcheck, played by Paly.
The two characters have been through a lot together, including when Kolcheck was believed to be dead in season 10. Paly revealed that she saw a happy ending on the horizon for the love interests. "I do think that there is hope for them to be happy," Paly said.
