Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky met while doing stand-up comedy. In a May 2018 interview, he revealed they performed at open mic events at the time and were friends.

Moreover, Pazsitzky was involved in a committed relationship and even lived with her partner, with whom she had been together for five years.

However, after her relationship ended, Segura asked her out a few months later, and she turned him down. She later asked him out, and the pair hit it off from there.

Pazsitzky and Segura tied the knot on November 8, 2008, and have been married for 14 years. They lived separate lives for several years because they were constantly touring stand-up comedians.

The duo spent most of their time apart while staying in hotel rooms across the country. Segura and Pazsitzky only saw each other twice a week.

But things changed in 2011 after podcaster Joe Rogan suggested they launch their own podcast. They heeded his advice and took the show on the road.

Meanwhile, the proud dad revealed that getting pooped on, peed on, and vomited on by his son regularly did not bother him, nor did boogers. His wife chimed in, saying she gets "satisfaction" removing boogers from their child's nose.

Despite all this, the pair realized that parenting has its upsides. This includes using their child as an excuse not to go out with other people, said Segura.
