Marie Osmond Shares New Pic with Her 'Incredible' Son Matthew as He Turns 24

Marie Osmond praised her son, Matthew Blosil, in a recently posted Instagram tribute. Matthew, who just turned 24, has dedicated much of his life to his faith.

Marie Osmond has achieved many things that make her proud, but nothing comes close to the pride she feels as a mother to her children, including her son, Matthew Richard Blosil.

The American singer occasionally dotes on him through social media, including a recently posted tribute for his 24th birthday.

Marie shared a photo with her son on social media, describing him as an "incredible son" whom she "loves with all of [her] heart." The "Paper Roses" songstress said:

"I could not be more proud of the man you are. Thank you for being with me on a trip of a lifetime."

Besides special occasions, Marie often shares news about her son online, including when he returned from his two-year church mission in Michigan. She also shared the letter she wrote for her son, detailing how much she missed him and her thoughts about his path in life.

Many who read Marie's letter were touched by her words, claiming she must have been incredibly proud as a mother. Matthew is one of Marie's seven children from her marriages to Steve Craig and Brian Blosil.

Marie became a first-time mom in April 1983 when she gave birth to Stephen James Craig. Although Stephen tried a career in acting, he later chose to lead a private life with his wife and children.

The singer's second-born child, Rachel Lauren Blosil, is also married with two children. Marie believes she and Rachel are the most alike in many ways of all her kids.

Marie's second eldest daughter, Jessica Marie Blosil, was born in December 1987. Marie's daughter joined law enforcement as a police officer and worked as a counselor.

Like many of her kids, Marie's son, Brandon Warren Blosil, and the two youngest girls, Brianna Patricia Blosil and Abigail Olive May Blosil, also avoided the spotlight. Not much is known about them. Her youngest child is Michael Bryan, born in May 1991.

While Marie Osmond's children are fortunate to have a successful and talented mother, they will not get her $20 million fortune. According to the entertainer, she wants her children to work and know the value of money.

Marie began working at the age of three and earned every dollar she has today. As such, she raised her kids to be just as hard-working.
