Craig Morgan's Wife: The Country Star & His Wife Karen Greer Lost One of Their Four Children
Craig Morgan and his wife have celebrated decades of marriage, during which she has been his "biggest fan and critic" and his "one true love." Since marrying as teenagers, the couple welcomed four children, one of whom they sadly lost following a boating accident.
Craig Morgan has made a name for himself as a veteran country music singer and has been famously married to his wife, Karen Greer, for years. And during their marriage, the musician and his spouse became proud parents to four children.
However, Craig Morgan and his wife sadly lost one of their sons in 2016, and the couple has opened up about how they have grieved their son's death and honored his memory.

Craig Morgan's Wife Was under 18 When She Married the Country Singer
In his memoir, Craig opened up about his and Karen's meet-cute and revealed that they had only been together for a few months when they knew they wanted to marry each other. Craig shared:
"I met my future wife at school; we dated for a few months before we decided that we should get married. She was still under eighteen, and we needed her parents' permission."
Karen has since become Craig's "biggest fan and critic" and his "one true love." And in 2022, Karen was Craig's plus-one to the Legends of Music Row, a music festival in Key West.
The couple posed for pictures with Buddy Cannon, George Strait, and Jamey Johnson there. Craig also documented him and his wife celebrating Lent in March 2022. In addition to being each other's one true love, they are also parents to four children: Aly, Kyle, Jerry, and Wyatt.
While talking about fatherhood, Craig said, "[...] The real impact that I have on the world is the legacy that I leave in my children and the things that they do. I have to accept the responsibility of their negative actions just as much as I do their positive."
Craig Morgan and His Spouse Lost Their 19-Year-Old Son
In July 2016, Craig and his spouse lost their second oldest child Jerry, who drowned while tubing on Kentucky Lake with friends at 19. During an interview in 2022, the country singer revealed that he still did not know what exactly happened to his son while he was in the water.
Craig Morgan and Karen's family joined them in honoring Jerry's memory.
Jerry was still a baby when he came into the lives of Craig and Karen, who was pregnant with the couple's third child. Craig recalled returning home when Karen met him with a nine-month-old Jerry at the door and announced they were keeping him.

In August 2022, Karen and Craig opened up about grieving their son and revealed that they believed that his 2016 death was not the end and that they would see their son again. Craig said:
"Jerry's not here, but he is not gone. He lives in our hearts and heads and always will."
And in 2018, the rest of Craig Morgan and Karen's family joined them in honoring Jerry's memory by awarding a deserving youth in Dickson County, Tennessee, with a scholarship in Jerry's name — the 2018 Jerry Greer Memorial Scholarship.
