Last year, Dickinson starred on ITV's "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" but was forced to leave the show early after she sustained a horrifying injury while trying to find her way back to the campsite.

The fire had gone out, and it was pitch black when Dickinson tried to trace her steps to the dunny from memory. She failed to do so, saying:

"I walked a couple of steps and tripped, flying flat on my face – hair all over my forehead, my nose was bloody, and my whole chin was gashed open."

Dickinson said she was bleeding from all these places and had dirt and stones in her open wounds from the fall. Dickinson did not move, feeling only an intense head pain until her costars Fatima Whitebread and Phil Tuffnell found her and helped her back to the campsite.

When Dickinson first saw her face in the mirror after she sustained her injuries, she was convinced she would never work again. Although she didn't require stitches, the extent of her injuries severely dented Dickinson's confidence.

Now, a year after she sustained severe facial injuries, Dickinson's fans noticed her stepping out in sports gear without any makeup on. Dickinson and her husband, Dr. Robert Gerner, were spotted at a gym in Los Angeles on August 8, 2023.

Dickinson dressed in sports gear, and her face showed no apparent signs of the injuries she had incurred while on "I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here." Dickinson appeared fully healed.

Dickinson held her coffee cup and cell phone in her hands as her husband affectionately placed his arm around her waist as they walked through the gym's parking lot.
