"It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in the dissolution of marriage action. We ask that his, Christine's, and their children's privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time."

Months following their divorce announcement and after the process of the separation started, Baumgartner was spotted enjoying a relaxing day on the beach. The bikini-wearing mother of three was seen having fun in the sun with her kids in Hawaii only a week after receiving a huge lump sum in child support payment: $129,755.

Baumgartner's getaway to Hawaii occurred while she and Costner remain in the midst of their divorce proceedings. Additionally, media outlets revealed that she was vacationing with a friend of the "Yellowstone" actor.

Photos showing Baumgartner and Josh Connor, an affluent financier, strolling along the beach surfaced during their stay. According to a report, Connor is a close friend of both Costner and Baumgartner, who is recently divorced and lives close to the soon-to-be-divorced couple's family home.

Sometime after Baumgartner was seen enjoying her vacation in Hawaii, Costner was spotted leaving a tailor shop called The Perfect Fit in California on a Friday. Pictures showed "The Bodyguard" star with thinning hair leaving the venue dressed in a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up, green pants, black shades, and white shoes.

As reported by an online source, Costner had just finished getting his clothes taken in a few sizes smaller. The reason why he had to get his clothes adjusted is that he has reportedly lost somewhere between 10 to 15 pounds during his ongoing and contentious divorce.

The same source claims the star was also seen taking off his shoes while sitting in a chair. He then went behind a changing curtain to try on different sets of pants.

His assistant accompanied him and waited on a bench outside as he tried his clothes on. Costner also hugged the tailor before departing from the shop.

Though Baumgartner managed to get the judge overseeing their divorce to grant her a large amount of child support, her and Costner's divorce is still ongoing.
