Clémence Poésy on Parenthood and the Importance of a Father Figure in Her Son's Life

After welcoming her second child, Clemence stuck to her guns about not revealing who the father of her second child is — or if her two children have the same father. However, she did admit that he is English.

Since becoming a mom, the actress splits her time between Paris and London. And while revealing that she would "never discuss" who the father of her children is, Clemence added that pregnancy made her realize that motherhood was something she could tackle alone. The actress said:

"I grew up thinking the differences between men and women were really not that great. But then I got pregnant and realized: this is my job. This is a special thing women can do alone."

On the other hand, the "Tenet" — co-starring John David Washington and Robert Pattinson — star admitted to understanding the importance of her eldest son having a father figure in his life. "The way you educate a boy is through his dad," Clemence shared.
