On September 14, 2023, Scott Baio reached a lovely milestone with his longtime wife, Renee Sloan, when they celebrated their wedding anniversary. Taking to his X account, formerly known as Twitter, the actor shared two side-by-side photos of him and his wife.

In both pictures, the couple were side by side as they smiled and looked toward the camera. One image was of the couple when they were younger, while the other was taken on the red carpet of Nickelodeon's 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards on March 23, 2013.

The "Scott Baio Is 45…and Single" star had been in a long-term relationship with Sloan while the 2007 VH1 show aired. The couple initially met in the 1990s at the Playboy Mansion before reconnecting later with him deciding to make the relationship work or otherwise he had to move on.

During the filming of his show, they avoided each other for eight weeks while he got his life together, but he ended up proposing. Their wedding aired on "Scott Baio Is 46…and Pregnant," with Sloan pregnant with their twins.

However, the "Happy Days" star and his fiancee lost one of their children at around 12 weeks. In 2007, five weeks before her due date, the couple welcomed their daughter, Bailey, and she was a guest of honor at their wedding.

In 2015, Baio's family went through a health crisis, with him revealing in a Facebook post that his wife was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor. He asked for support and prayers, saying, "My wife is my rock."

A few years later, in 2018, Sloan shared on X that she did not only have two meningioma tumors but in October 2017, she was diagnosed with Microvascular Brain Disease, with her husband retweeting the post writing:

"Unfortunately, this is true. Renee is forever my rock, my life & my soulmate! Toughest person I know."

As of September 2023, Sloan is still surviving many conditions and building a happy home with her husband. On the other hand, Baio — born on September 22, 1960 — is 62 and will be turning a year older soon.
